Family-friendly Hotels in Torrenova

We stayed at this hotel in late October, as a last minute booking, and what a surprise. We were greeted with a very warm welcome from the front reception team, and once in our beautiful room, discovered a bottle of Cava on ice ! The room was wonderful, large bright and spotlessly clean, with a very large balcony with a table and chairs on and two well padded sun beds, with a parasol. The views from the hotel are spectacular, and the roof top terrace is the spot to show it off in full. Breakfast's were plentiful, a great selection, and again plenty of friendly staff at hand to keep the areas clean. We had massages booked for my daughters birthday, and once in the spa, they upgraded us to the room with a hot tub in and put a bottle of bubbly on the side for us, such a nice gesture from the staff. I cant fault this hotel at all, real value for money, with a great team of staff, we will certainly be returning.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked this trip away for my boyfriend’s bday and we absolutely loved this holiday. Hotel is so clean and staff are very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and has fridge too which was so hopeful. Hotel is located on the top of Magaluf ***** and surprisingly you do not hear a lot of noise! 5 minute walk to the beach and a spar shop right next door. The only negative about this hotel is “heart attack hill”…. After a long hot day at the beach it’s a killer! But it is a really good stay and we will deffo be coming back here 🙌

Upon arriving at the hotel it looked very clean & the reception staff were friendly in explaining the charges (€100 deposit each & tourist tax). We arrived around 1pm and the rooms were ready despite check in being at 2pm so we went straight up. We stayed on the 4th floor accessible by the 1 stairwell and 1 small (4 ppl cramped) lift. Entering the room, it was very tidy. Aircon worked very well, you are given a key card for the electric & air con as well as the wristbands having a key card to the room. Bathroom very average, toilet seat was not secured properly, some cracked bath tiles which had been patched up. Shower was powerful and always warm so no issues there. Beds were clean and well made, they were on rollers though so would often wake up further over to one side than when we went to sleep. Can’t sit up on the bed against the headboard as it just pushes the bed out. Tv on wall, no remote to be found. Lights worked fine although when everyone is in their room at the same time they can flicker. Plug socks located by the side of the bed, no actual bedside tables but small shelves built into the wall. Bed comfy? Not really. The pillows provided aren’t very supportive but they do the job. Bedside table lights built into the headboard. Purple mood lighting behind headboard. No plugs by the mirrors though (for the girlies so bring a compact mirror) also essential to bring 1 or 2 extension leads. No fridge, kettle or safe. All provided at extra (high) cost. The maid came in and cleaned the room/remade beds and changed towels everyday to a very good standard, no complaints there. Floor was not the cleanest but don’t imagine they mopped or hoovered for timekeeping reasons. Desks in the room fixed to the walls, balcony was a good size with a table and chairs out there. Got the sun in the afternoon too. Watch out for the metal bannister as they get extremely hot in the heat. Door and lock to balcony not the sturdiest but it did the job. Black out curtain worked well. Wardrobe is open and only 6 coat hangers provided, couple of shelves. Food & drink very poor. Breakfast was very limited, undercooked & basic. Pastries were undercooked underneath, cereal choice bare, milk semi cold, no plain water just jugs of slightly cold fruit water. The water/juice glasses were disgustingly filthy, very hard to find one completely clean, in the end I went and bought a 1.5L bottle of water from reception for €2,50 (no, they aren’t complimentary.) The cooked breakfast items ranged from sausages, scrambled/fried/boiled eggs, bacon (if you can even call it that), sometimes fries, sometimes fried potato things, warm beans & mushrooms. Toast was the only thing not frozen & processed. Choice of apple, pineapple and orange juice from a machine, coffee and tea station also available. At the bar, you can order from a very limited list of cocktails. The usuals (margs, mojitos, daiquiri’s) all ranging from €9-12. Fizzy drinks are watered down, the beer is watered dow

Hi, Hola, Hej! We, me and my mum went to this hotell between 3/9-13/9 - 10 days! We did really enjoyed the time here and I did a quick review above earlier, when we’d left and checked out from the hotel; that we recommend this hotel. But here comes a more detailed and a little bit more in-depth review cause this hotel really deserve that! Treatment/Service We’re so thankful and satisfied with the all the staffs treatment. When we arrived, pretty late we get a professional welcoming from the receptionist and did get well informed about the ruled of conduct and about the area around (supermarkets etc.) Each of you was so kind and helpful with exactly everything. You did always get a smile when you passed and if you had a question or something to solve, it was never a problem. Perfect English of course so no worries if you don’t spak Spanish or cathalan. Cleaning Topnotch cleaned rooms and areas every day! Don’t understand what people who says it was dirty is talking about above in other reviews. Cause that’s not true! Always fixed beds, clean floors, clean towels and fresh every single day. The cleaners even fold things in the rooms… We want to give a special thanks to: Betsy - one of the cleaners Paula, Chris and Toni in the restaurants Alicia and her colleage in the reception, unfortunately we don’t know his name but he was the first one we’d met when arriving on the night and he did helped us with many questions and other things we wondered in. The hotel in general To ”only” be ranked with three stars *** this hotel really lives up to expectations and more. Just want to say. You get value for the money. Also has a nice constitution both outside and inside in the public spaces. Rooms The rooms is tiny and cozy, whole the interior is very fresh with light gray parquet floor/furnitueres, white walls and blue/beige details on the textiles. Tiles and beautiful Mallorcan mosaik in the bathroom, shower behind a wall of glass and a shower head with really nice pressure. The room also has a little desk and a TV on the wall where you can watch both Spanish, German, English Chanels and news, even radio. The room is also equipped with enough many contacts for charching several products in the same time. Good storage space and hangers of course. In the bathroom there also is both vegan shampoo and shower gel with aloe vera - and its really nice to use after a whole day in the sun. Soft and comfortable beds. Nice curtains for the sun and a pretty big balcony. Comfort/Facilities/Property amenities At the Hotel, there’s a big and beautiful pool (in the night it has lights in different colours in the edges). In and between the pool is it sun-beds to lay on and a lots of chairs too of course. When you get a place on the sun-bed, you also have a little extra-area to just take a little bath and a lot of place to just sit. Not a problem to get a good place both on the beds and in the chairs. Nice and clean hostel. It honestlty felt more like a hotel due to the comtable big bed, clean bathroom and overall look of the room. The only bad thing was that the fridge didnt work for some reason no matter how I adjusted the temperature and the fact that it was extreamely hot, but the (not that effective) aircon did alright to lower the temperature inside. Receptionists in their Hotel a few 100 meters from there let me use their pool area so that was quite nice.
