"Was a bit concerned with some reviews but was fortunate enough to have experienced no problems with noise. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom nice, shower excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with something for everyone. Had dinner there a couple of times aswell and found it very enjoyable with prices competitive. One moan was that the smaller plunge pool was taken over with annoying groups with balls and drinks which was a shame. Overall though a great hotel."

"There are not many supermarkets and restaurants open in the surrounding area during the low tourist season in winter, but the hotel has very beautiful scenery and very good service. There is a beach not far away and there are bus stops nearby to reach the city. Recommended to stay!"

"Booked a private room for a night last minute as I had a late flight home and my other hotel couldn't offer late check out so I only used the room 2pm-9pm but I feel this hostel is amazing. Room is bright and freshly decorated with lots of space, balcony was huge (room 14) the shower was powerful. Obviously I didn't spend a full night but there was absolutely no noise from other guests in the time I was there. The roof terrace really is the hidden gem of this place and the views are spectacular.. Staff at the florida hotel at check in were welcoming and really lovely, they gave clear directions where to go. The florida and the floridita are up some seriously steep hills so this is a bit off putting however I got a taxi from palmanova up to floridita and it was 3€ so it wasn't much of an issue. Definitely would return & recommend"

"Hotel design is simple, bright and comfortable. There is no noise from the surrounding parties. Marvellous sea view. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Strongly recommend to take airport transfer if you don’t drive."

"Don't listen to bad reviews!! Been back 3 days we arrived 14th July at 2.30pm as a family of 8 reception staff were so welcoming and sorted us our rooms quickly, the hotel is immaculate the rooms are a great size and again immaculate the cleaners are in everyday and are so friendly. Pool is lovely plenty of sun loungers also another shallow pool and baby pool area. Food is great even though we was all inclusive we did eat out a lot in the evenings been so close to Palma and magaluf which I found the restaurants on there beach front were stunning. Overall we had a great time at hotel illunion, thankyou 😊"

"Stayed here three nights whilst travelling around Mallorca. Great location for both Palma Nova and Magaluf. Clean room with everything you need, towels, hair dryer etc. Good value for money, would recommend for a cheap trip and a few nights in the resort."

"Beautiful spotless hotel, all staff from reception, waiters, cleaners, cooks, maintenance etc are so friendly and helpful, we didnt see a grumpy member of staff in our 11 day stay. We stayed in a chill out room which has direct access to solarium and 2 jacuzzis. Breakfast was buffet style and amazing but they have changed dinner to A La Carte and unfortunately it wasnt for me as im just a plain Jane, TV only has 2 English channels bbc news and sky news but I was able to log into my prime account. Outdoor pool can be abit cool at times, and some areas around the pool in the afternoon can lose the sun, the only let down for me is the evening meal as I prefer a buffet style. If I was recommending this hotel to my friends I would say just book bed and breakfast but overall a 5 star hotel to us with an amazing location, Special shout out to Rafael and Jack in the Restaurant and the young girl on reception."
