This hotel is really great, excelling in all aspects, especially the breakfast. The ambiance is lovely, there's a wide variety of food, and the service is excellent, all at a reasonable price. Although it's not a large hotel, the lobby's design and decor are quite distinctive, and the front desk staff are dedicated and professional.

This was my first stay at Wuzhen Kaiyuan Hotel. It was great to visit after the Internet Conference, avoiding the peak crowds. There were fewer people, and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right by the Wuzhen sign, which is a great location, very close to Dongxiang. After visiting Dongxiang, it's convenient to take the shuttle bus to Xixiang and then a taxi back. The room is decent, typical Kaiyuan decor. The front desk staff are all very polite, and breakfast is good too. Parking is also convenient. Good luck!

The room was clean, and the service from Xiao Zhang and Xiao Hu at the front desk was excellent. They even gave us local specialties before we left. We'll definitely stay here again next year when we come to Wuzhen for the Theatre Festival. Thank you for your service! The management should give them a raise!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room, even including breakfast – we're really grateful! The hotel's location is super close to the East Gate Scenic Area, so it was perfect for getting in early to enjoy the good light and beat the crowds. Plus, there's a free shuttle between the East and West Gate areas every half hour, which was really convenient.

Every time I visit Wuzhen, I stay at the Kaiyuan. It's really convenient with a great location and good soundproofing. I even recommended it to my friends who came for the Wuzhen Theatre Festival this year, and everyone loved it! The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is quite varied.

The service was excellent; the front desk staff, Xiao Zhang, was patient and sweet-spoken. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an executive room. The underground parking was very convenient. There are many dining options nearby, including local cuisine and well-known chain restaurants. A stroll through the free Nanzha area in the evening was very pleasant. Wuzhen is becoming increasingly international.

The room was quite spacious, and the upstairs had a very Chinese-style decor. It was convenient to have bathrooms and showers both upstairs and downstairs, and the service was good too. However, there was no mirror upstairs, and surprisingly, there were small flying insects on the bed.

The front desk staff checking us in early was great, but our room experience was really bad. First, there's a toilet right by the door; you have to go into the main room to wash your hands every time you use it. I don't understand that design. Second, the executive family room we booked wasn't what we imagined; the pictures showed a much larger room. Third, the air conditioning had an odor, perhaps because the room hadn't been occupied for a long time. Finally, we discovered at night that the sliding door was broken, trapping us inside – a truly terrible experience. Thankfully, a technician came to rescue us after we reported it!

Kaiyuan is a well-established hotel brand that I've always liked. I booked it again this time and it was still a great experience. The parking lot is very convenient and spacious, the room is big and bright, and the air conditioning works really well. Overall, it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful!

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean, and the location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive from Wuzhen and Wucun scenic areas. The surroundings are also quite convenient. The only downside is that the room windows didn't have screens.

The soundproofing in the room was poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Being close to the street, it was a bit noisy at night. The room facilities were old, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. There was even dried blood from a previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. Overall, the hotel was just average, similar to a budget hotel. On the positive side, the location is good. You can drink unlimited purified water, and the Dongzha Scenic Area is just 50 meters to the left when you exit. There are also many dining options nearby, including a KFC. That's about it.

The room was a loft-style with two levels, which my kids absolutely loved for its charming, rustic decor. The oversized bathtub was a hit, big enough for both of them to bathe together. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to the East, West, and South Gate scenic areas. For dining, there are all sorts of local farm-to-table restaurants right outside, plus a Starbucks and KFC nearby. It was a fantastic family trip!
