The hotel was perfect! The location, the size of the room, the breakfast - everything was 10/10. Will def chose this hotel again if I ever come back to Rome!

Best location,clean room. Our room was in separate building but very close to the reception. No window in the room. overall I recommend on this Hotel.

Everything is satisfactory, except that the sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the sound of dragging chairs upstairs at around 7 o'clock in the morning. It was continuous. There was a lot of dust on the hair dryer. The service attitude is very good, the location is good, and the price is reasonable. Overall, I am quite satisfied and recommend it.

The room is cold 🥶 The air conditioner is turned on for no reason in the morning and evening. It is very noisy and cold. The switch is not in the room. I ignored it when I told it. Um, the room code was quietly changed without telling you. Speechless

Environment: The location is convenient, just near Plaza de España, and famous shopping malls are just downstairs. However, the check-in front desk is in one place, and the room you stay in is in another building. There are staff who will help carry your luggage.

The location is very good in the city center. It is very convenient to go to the square! There are shops everywhere. However, the reception desk and the accommodation are separated. It takes five minutes to walk. It is a gravel road. Fortunately, the front desk will arrange someone to carry the luggage.

The bed is terrible, it creaks all over!!! It's uncomfortable, there's incredible noise from the street, a pedestrian street with a billion people! We didn't live in the main building, they refused to move us into the main building for an extra fee. The price-quality ratio doesn't match at all

It feels like the room is only big enough for a bed to sleep in.
