It was the third time I came to Tokyo, but it is a very good hotel. The explanation when checking in and checking out at the front desk is polite and it is easy to talk because it responds with a smile. There is no social rhetoric feeling, and it responds well. There are various facilities, event venues, restaurants, dealers, etc. around, the station is relatively close and the movement is convenient, so it was convenient to move the base after staying. The room was clean and very easy to spend. It was a good hotel that I wanted to use again.
The location was great for families with kids, lots of activities and attractions near by. Breakfast was good and friendly service. However, a bit hard to find family-friendly restaurants near by at night, they're mostly 18+ bars. Bedroom was very nice, however the bathrooms are a bit dated and needs and upgrade to match the rest of the room. The hotel had a pool but charged a ridiculous amount per person just to use it, I'm a frequent traveller, but this is the first time I've ever experienced being charged to use the pool, so that was a let down. Overall decent stay though.
Great location! A short subway ride to most tourist-y areas in Tokyo and a FamilyMart right across the road.
Room was clean and modern, staff were great. Only gripe was with the coin laundry in the hotel - although hotel policy states that staff will remove clothes if not collected within reasonable time, at least 2 machines had been done for almost an hour and the hotel staff said they could not touch the clothes, the only option was to wait. At least the coin laundry had a big and clean lounge area though!

This is a well-designed hotel with the use of warm wood throughout the hotel common areas and rooms. The rooms are not large, which is perfectly normal in Tokyo, but the bathrooms are relatively spacious. The hotel is located on a side street behind a main drag, so there is a definite sense of tranquility about this hotel. There are multiple transportation links, both trains and subways, close by, and small shops and restaurants within walking distance (a somewhat unique neighborhood since there are a number of universities in the area). The breakfast buffet was ample, with eggs made to order, but the Japanese breakfast available on the weekends is fantastic (there is a limit of 15 meals per day so you need to arrive early). My only complaints were that the lighting in the room could be brighter and the weak Wifi signal (it kept dropping). Overall, though, a very nice stay, but the place will become more popular and more expensive soon.
Stayed at this hotel for a week for my trip in Tokyo. Since my goal this time was to stroll around and do shopping, this hotel was a good choice - cost effective with an acceptable distance to the subway. One thing to keep in mind is that the entrance with the elevator is the farthest exit from the hotel, so if you're lugging a lot of luggage, maybe this hotel is not your best choice. A lot of stairs. However, the Jimbocho station is a good station to stay in as it can easily transfer to other popular stations like Shibuya, Ikebukuro and others.
The amenities are available at the ground floor. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.
I booked a single room and it was very clean and convenient having the subway station nearby. The staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was fair continental fare and the hotel was close to the Tokyo Dome where I had enjoyed shopping at the mall. It was close to Ueno and easy for me to get about Tokyo. My stay at this hotel made up for the earlier eventful days in Japan following non-operating train lines from Typhoon Hagibis which changed some of my travel plans. Thank you for the great service! 😊❤️
The location is great! 24-hour restaurants are in walkable distance and the convenience store is just downstairs.
We spent whole day outside and didn't try the food in the hotel tho.
Everything is just right in here. Really comfy!!
Hotel located in front of JR Suidōbashi Station and about 5min from the metro station, and also less than 5 min from the Tokyo dome. You have to register yourself and choose between facial recognition or cards to have access to the room and the elevators (the receptionist helped us with this step), the same thing to leave the hotel. Our room was not very spacious, the bedding was quite comfortable, the shower and wc spotless. We had self-service cotton swabs, razors, brushes and toothbrushes. Cleaning was done every 2 days. The breakfasts are very good, too bad the choice is limited there are only 5 possible choices. Good hotel.
A very satisfying stay. The hotel is small, but the room is large, which is rare in Tokyo. It is a small and beautiful hotel. The overall style is Japanese but combined with some modernity. Shoes are not worn in the room. The hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day, but these have no big impact.
The location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from Akihabara, the nearest subway station is just opposite the road, and there are three subway lines to take. The convenience store is also 2 minutes away. There is also a well-reviewed restaurant downstairs, and there is a coffee shop next door. There are not many people and cars in this area after 9 pm, and it is quiet to sleep at night.
The amenities are all Japanese local brands, and they look like they are all additive-free. They are not bad to use. There is a large bathtub for bathing, and yukata and clogs are prepared, which are very distinctive. The automatic toilet is also very convenient. Even the kettle is insulated, so it will not be left cold. Many small details are really considerate.
Although there are no waiters in the hotel at night, there is a public space with books, drinks, ice cream and some snacks, which can be taken by yourself. The children like it very much. Even if there are people living next door, you can't hear any noise.
If you need anything, you can contact the hotel through WeChat, and they will try their best to meet your needs. Finally, when we left, we asked the hotel to help us get a taxi, and the front desk staff sent us to the gate.
We all like this hotel very much and will stay there again if we have the chance.
The response of the hotel man was very good. I am only grateful for your prompt response to sudden requests. Thank you very much. I stayed at Comfort Double, but the room was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and very easy to sleep. The hotel was also close to Jinbocho station and was very convenient within walking distance to Suidobashi station and Kudanshita station. There was a 7-Eleven next door and Lawson within 5 minutes walk, which was easy to raise food and drink, which was very helpful.

CCHRIS .LFully equipped, warm environment, is a rare apartment in Tokyo, will come again!
GGuest Userwe recently stayed (may 23) at the b ochanomizu hotel in chyoda city (kanda, awajicho area) of tokyo japan. i would just like to say that the hotel was perfect, it was clean (they came to do somthing nearly every day) , the room was great small but big enough for what we needed as we were not in much. the staff were excellant if we needed anything or any information they sorted it straight away. it was perfecly located for the subway just 25mtrs away from the maranouchi line which went to every location in tokyo and the main tokyo train station for the shinkansen. i would give the b ochanomizu 5 star rating
EE_KhabarovWe used it when we were on a business trip to Tokyo. It was a little difficult to understand the location because it was not facing the main street, but we were able to arrive safely. Overall, there was a feeling of cleanliness and it was a good impression. It was a check-in using a terminal, but I didn't feel inconvenience because I politely supported it.
GGuest UserThis time we stayed for 3 nights during Christmas time, but the behavior and wit of the hotel were very good, and we were able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. Also, I think it is a hotel with warmth and care like an inn that is not found in other hotels. It was helpful to have the front desk politely and easily taught me even if I consulted or asked questions. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, the large communal bath was comfortable and comfortable, and it is a place that I would like to use again. Thank you very much.
GGuest UserMy original room had a weird smell so had to change to another. It was better, but not great. They do provide basics of robe and small towel. ¥100 rental of large towel for shower. Showers are private and clean and shampoo and body provided. Depending on room, you may hear people making noise in halls by bathrooms and sinks. Bring earplugs. Bed comfort was 3/5. Doable but not great for my aging back. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and better English than most hotels I stayed at. Note: WiFi didn’t reach rooms very well or was very slow. It was more reliable in the lobby.
GGuest UserVery good value for money hotel next time if you have the opportunity to choose here, there is a family convenience store near the hotel, about five minutes walk from JR Waterway Bridge Station, a little longer walk from Toei Kanda Station, about 10 minutes, the traffic is very convenient, The hotel has a simple kitchenette and washing machine. It is very convenient to travel. You don’t need to bring too much clothes. You can wash clothes directly in the room. The room is very clean. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The only drawback is that if the luggage is a bit small, the luggage cannot be fully opened. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Llayla_pellegrinoWe stayed in this hotel in October 2019 for our wedding trip. All in all, the rooms are quite spacious: there are two quite large beds (but you want to sleep comfortable in two in one bed) while the bathroom offers everything necessary between bathroom shampoo, shampoo, snack, hairdryer etc. In the room there is also a tea boiler and several infusions. In the hotel hall there is also a (American) coffee machine available to customers and, in the lower floors, a washing machine and an onsen (always free for customers). Breakfast is both Japanese and Western style, so everyone is satisfied. The staff is really very friendly and cleaning in all environments is inconvenient. The location is a very quiet point, but I think it is the position: a few minutes walk from the metro and, even though it is almost near the Tokyo Dome, the area is very quiet. I mean, I have been very prompted.
RRuishuIt was very convenient near the station.
Above all, I felt that the encounters were wonderful and fun because they recommended books along the theme and there were books in the room.
Also, it was great to be able to read while relaxing with a massage machine.
It was a little far from the destination, but it was good to stay.
I would definitely use it again.
