The room was spacious and very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was excellent. They proactively arranged connecting rooms for our family, and promptly provided requests for drinking water and children's pillows. The hotel's location is excellent, with an underground passage on the basement level directly connected to Yebisu Garden Place and the subway station. It's very convenient for shopping downstairs, taking the subway to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza, and strolling the surrounding neighborhoods. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tokyo.

The room was great. I loved the hotel's decor. The room service was very friendly, but the Chinese service was mentioned during booking, but the front desk didn't actually have it. From the window, I could see Tokyo Tower in the distance. Downstairs, there's a garden plaza with restaurants, home furnishing stores, a supermarket, a dessert shop, and a shopping mall with several clothing brands. I loved the area; it was rarely crowded. There's a convenience store just a seven or eight minute walk away.
