Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu Reviews

Very easy to find and super convenient for flying in and out of Haneda. We had two nights here and spent a day exploring Kamakura, which was easy to get to from Haneda. Room was lovely. Spacious enough for a hotel room. Clean. Comfortable beds. And the best part for us was the view of the runway!

Utilized the self check in machine and was an easy process. The staff tending there was polite as well, same for when i checked out and returned the key to the desk. love the super spacious room and came with one complimentary bottle of water. Shame i checked in very late and couldn’t spend more time in the hotel😅

Really convenient location right next to the T2 check-in desks. Hotel is quiet, simple and clean. Beds are very comfy. Fun views onto the runway, and no sound creeping through the windows. Would happily stay here again if when transiting through Tokyo.

Despite its airport location, the room's soundproofing was excellent, and it was incredibly quiet. Getting there is easy: just one subway transfer from Tokyo Station to Haneda Airport's B1F. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, conveniently located right next to the ANA domestic flight check-in counters. This is truly fantastic, as it means no early morning rush!

Lack of sign leading to the hotel but the room is very spacious and within walking distance to T2 and T1.

Very well equipped room - and spacious compared to downtown Tokyo rooms. Great location to walk to flights from T2 or T3 - or a short ride to T1

The hotel’s reservations team are no better than robots. They will ignore all questions submitted through this portal so if you do have questions do ask the property directly. We stayed in a twin room and each bed was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 young kids under 6 who can stay free in the same bedding. The hotel is inside the terminal so extremely convenient. This information is not located anywhere else. The property is extremely strict with the cancellation policy - do not expect any human consideration especially if the hotel is at fault. I thank the hotel duty manager for understanding the problem. The breakfast very average do not pay the 3k yen to eat there.

It is inside terminal two, and got free shuttle on second floor to term one and three, perfect for transit. There are also lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores inside the terminal. Extremely convenient. Room is quite spacious and very clean.

Surprisingly convenient, perfect for early flights. The three beds were great. It's located right in Terminal 2.

Spacious for a three bedder. view was not much - see photo. super accessible as a transit hotel, airlines just right downstairs on second floor. shopping, food wise, shuttle bus is free (take it from a sign that says Airport Bus - shd be at a signage that says no.9) and you can take it to go to Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Found a few hairs in toilet hence the lower score. Toiletries given including shaving foam. If you have longer layovers, you can take train fr Haneda to town area (about 40min away). Else the various terminals shd have all u need for a quick layover.

Very convenient location with direct access from the hotel lobby to the domestic departures level of terminal 2. Good selection of restaurants in the terminal during operational hours. Easy check-in even after midnight. The signs to night access elevator from the free inter-terminal shuttle bus are clear and easy to follow. The room was very cozy and well-appointed, and quiet!

If you're flying ANA out of Haneda Terminal 2, this is incredibly convenient.

Super convenient location, as it's right inside the airport. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's perfect if you have an early morning flight and want to sleep in a bit longer.
