The place is near Shibuya Crossing. The staff are very welcoming. Room is okay. Only downside is that you might do slight hiking to reach the place - might be challenging when you have luggages with you. But overall, its a good place.

The building is made of brick, so it was easy to find from the surrounding area, which was helpful.
I got a little lost from the station because I'm directionally challenged.
It was Christmas season, and the entrance was illuminated, which gave it a nice atmosphere and lifted my spirits.
The room also had a classic feel, which was nice. However, the lights in the room were dim.
I had seen it in the reviews, but I even looked around hoping there was another light switch.
The room with the unit bath was brighter.
The desk lamp didn't change the brightness of the room.
That was the only thing that bothered me, but the front desk staff were kind and polite, so it was a pleasant stay.
