Definitely the first choice hotel for business trips in Azabu, Tokyo.
The transportation is also very convenient. Roppongi is also very close. It is very quiet in the morning.

Very disappointing hotel.
Poor hygiene, dust on the floor and lamps. Very poor sound insulation. Stayed one night and moved to another room at 12am. ReFa shampoo comb, facial cleanser, and makeup remover were left in the bathroom. I went back to the hotel that afternoon to ask if they had seen them. The hotel called the cleaning staff and they said no!
I have been to Japan more than 30 times and stayed in hotels big and small, but this is the first time I can't find my belongings in a Japanese hotel. I can only blame myself for forgetting to take them.

The location is excellent. Subway, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, everything is nearby.
I guess the main target audience is overseas visitors. There is no bathtub. Half of the rooms are probably in the neighboring building, so they don't get any sunlight and there is no place to let in fresh air. Maybe because of that, there was a slight bacterial smell.
The interior is stylish and clean. It's a shame that the humidifier/air purifier hadn't been cleaned and was covered in dust and mold.
Free coffee, tea, and detox water are available in the lobby.
It might seem a bit pricey for Japanese people.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is inexperienced. At 4am, it was raining heavily and we needed to go to an emergency hospital, but the front desk gave us a small clinic that didn't have a pediatric department. Check-out time is 11am, and the front desk staff kept telling you in person that you will have to pay for late check-in, and kept calling the room to inform you that you will have to pay for late check-in. It seems like they hired an intern to do this job. It was a terrible experience. The crisps and nuts in the lobby were all stale and smelled like oil.
