This hotel is located near Higashi-Ginza station by Hibiya Line. It’s very convenient to get around Tokyo Area by subway. The room is relatively large for a Japanese hotel, I could open two large suitcase in my room. I chose 180cm wide bed which is a king size bed. It can fit a family of 3 with a small children. It also comes with good size refrigerator with 2 free bottles of water daily. Room is clean and bathroom is large enough. This hotel is also equipped with large Japanese style bath at 2F which opens until 1am. Coin laundry is also available at 2F. Customer service is standard. You can use their machine to check-in and check-out if you don’t see anyone at the front desk, There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a really nice mid size hotel.

Location was good and near to Ginza area with variety of food choices. Walking distance to train station. Hotel comes with public bath which is good for travellers that want a hot onsen bath. The breakfast, however, does not much variety and may not worth the value if you add on separately. Other than that i will still choose this hotel the next time I am on business trip.

Well, stayed at the hotel for the third time and gonna book it again for my next trip.
For me it’s the best option for everything. Location, cleanliness, reception and cleaning guys and girls, lobby area and it’s relaxing beautiful smell, wooden gates and flowers at lobby. That’s all I love at the hotel.
The only issue for me were pillows. I’m allergic and asked the reception to change them and they suggested me memory foam pillows, that was way more better option for me! So the next time I’ll ask that in advance. And the latest stay I asked the room with natural light because I have to make up my face every morning, but the room was with the wall view and it wasn’t enough of light. Please, install the makeup mirror at the bathroom for the girls, we need more light to make up. :)
Overall, the hotel and its staff are great. All the reception guys and girls are always ready to help with all your needs.

There is a dripping sound all night but I couldn’t find it. All the taps are not dripping. The public bath is a nice touch. Very friendly staff. There is a nice desk and chairs in the room for snacks or work.

Everything was good with helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a choice of Western and Japanese sets to choose from on top of the buffet food you can pick.
Lunch set and dinner set were also good and value for money.

地理位置極其便利 本次旅行一半打車一半公共交通：下樓走2mins到東銀座站 無敵方便 走5mins到銀座站 四通八達 對面馬路就是便利店 方便
每天去銀座shopping非常無敵 十二點半夜回酒店也很安全！酒店在主路上很安心👌🏽
可惜沒有提供化粧的護膚品 牙刷也是比較硬的
浴場有紋身沒有辦法去 沒有體驗😭
整體很好 前台的各位小姐姐和阿姨人都很好 英文、日語、中文都可以講。
態度也很好 服務也很熱情 還有誇讚我的護枕很可愛 哈哈。
下次去東京還是會繼續住這裏 👍🏼💯

酒店很漂亮，大廳香味很好聞.
但房間太小了，床也太小了，價格一點不便宜，房間隔音不好，在房間裏面聽走廊上聲音一清二楚，有點崩潰！晚上外面的摩託車和機動車聲音很大，根本睡不好！不像其他三井花園那樣有lounge，大浴池還不錯。
