It was a great experience, the room was large and cozy, the most comfortable bed there is, excellent service and a perfect location.

Too many restrictions compared to a few years ago when it opened initially. Also the staff's service and attitude were not great. Very unfriendly. Better off with Hyatt House next door.

Shibuya Stream Hotel is in an excellent location. JR and metro can be accessed directly and the airport limousine bus stop is close by. The staff are very helpful. My luggage were delivered to my room while I was returning my rental car. Cannot fault their service. The hotel has a robot for delivery.
