祐天寺は三茶下北方面へはバスで行けるし、恵比寿、中目黒、東京駅にも行きやすくて立地最高。
さらに駅から徒歩5分程で近いし、歩いていても変な人いなくて治安も良い。
部屋は、初めての一人暮らしには丁度良さそうな感じ。
築年数が割と経ってるようで収納扉の建付が微妙だったりしたけど全体的にキレイでした。ただ、天井と壁の埃が冷房の風でヒラヒラしてて落ちてきたらヤダなとは思いました。
備え付けの洗濯機があったおかげで備品のタオル類を毎日洗って使えたのでとても良かったです。
久しぶりに東京一人暮らし気分を楽しめた2泊3日でした。

問い合わせた際の対応が早くてとても助かりました。
駅近で案内で送ってもらった地図も分かりやすく、部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。部屋の電気が暗かったのでもう少し明るかったらいいなと思いました。

정식 호텔이라기 보다는 주거용 아파트를 호텔로 변경한 것 같습니다.
지하철 역과 가깝고, 주택가라 조용한점은 좋습니다.
호텔 직원 없고, 엘리베이터 없고, 타월 1장만 제공, 청소 안해주는 것은 불편했습니다.
화장실 배수가 잘 안돼서 욕조 사용하고 나면 그 물이 역류해서 화장실 배수구로 나온것은 최악이었습니다.

지하철 역까지 걸어서 5분, 시부야까지 지하철로 10분이라 놀러 다닐 때 접근성이 좋습니다
또한 가격에 비해 방이 상당히 넓고 냉장고, 전자레인지, 인덕션, 세탁기 등 가구가 많습니다.
하지만 우선 룸서비스가 전혀 없습니다.
청소는 그렇다 해도 일주일동안 받은 수건 하나로 계속 써야 했습니다.
그래도 이정도 위치에 이 가격이면 다음에도 이용 할 것 같습니다.

There was too much dust and no real possibility for natural ventilation. Otherwise the room is good and comfortable, it is as it looks on the pictures. The location is ideal.

Cheap but the conditions are so so.
cheap but no elevator. Dust clotted in ventilator. Glass door and toilet seat are broken .You need to bring your own amenities. There was a sewage smell released from the basin at midnight.
