連續住了四晚，房間很乾凈，也足夠大，設施特別齊全，啥都有，衣架有十幾個，洗衣機也帶烘乾。離八丁崛地鐵口很近最多5分鐘路程A2直梯上來就行，到銀座很方便，如果要去機場需要在東銀座換乘，如果不想換乘就要走1公里左右十幾分鍾到寶町駅坐淺草線直達羽田機場，樓下前面一家便利店很方便，不是主流的連鎖但是東西很全，可以買吃的回來自己煮，周邊非常安靜，幾乎沒有車經過，但是房間的冰箱工作的時候會有一丟丟聲音，如果睡眠特別淺的會有點點影響，總體還是很滿意的

房間較大，乾淨整潔，內有洗衣機，小烤箱，微波爐，電磁爐，餐具， 適合家庭親子入住。

酒店位置很安靜，離八丁堀地鐵站步行5分鐘，入住時會給到房間密碼，房間內冰箱，微波爐，洗衣機（帶烘乾）什麼都有，非常方便，就像一個小家，親子出行尤其推薦。一樓可自取牙膏牙刷等用品，還有免費飲品提供。

不推薦：
1. 安全性：有其他不認識的旅客半夜嘗試輸入密碼進入你的房間，向服務人員反映後，也衹是幫忙換了密碼，並未説明到底什麼情況。事發後向他們問到底是什麼情況，是否有調監控，並要求需要向上跟經理溝通這件事，但直到退房也未進行任何解釋。
2. 入住期間不會幫你打掃，衹可以要求免費更換一次床單用品。需要自己做垃圾分類並丟入1樓垃圾間。
