Response from Property: What these guests write is really funny to comment on. Very difficult, insolent and incorrect guests who tell lies about our accommodation. They just didn't know what they wanted. They asked for a sea view which they did not reserve. We accommodated them in the apartment they booked/paid for, which is Studio Apartment With 2 beds No.8. * They invent that they were over looked. In the apartment where they were located on the balcony door, there are venetian blinds and additional opaque curtains. There is also a venetian blind on the kitchen window. This apartment is located on the second 3rd floor of the house and its balcony/window faces the road of only one uninhabited house. From this it follows that there is no chance that they were over looked. * Before the guests enter the apartment, we inspect everything in detail and hand over to the guests the apartment in good condition, including the safe, which the guests say was not working. From many years of experience in this business, we can only conclude that the guests did not know how to handle it, although in every apartment, including this one, there are instructions on how to use the safe. They did not turn to us to help them even though we told them to turn to us. * The shower cabin works normally because they were checked before we handed over the apartment to the guests. We cannot know what happened to them then because the people did not tell us anything. * In the house rules manual, it is well written that guests should hang a note on the door if they want us to clean their apartment and add the necessary necessities (Toilet paper, shampoo, detergents...) or ask us directly and we will give them privacy if they want apartment. These guests did not ask us anything. Since they don't ask for anything, we can't know what they want. * There are cereal bowls in the apartments. We don't know what cereal bowls they imagined being given to them. Obviously, cereal bowls are different here and there. * Every time after the guests leave the apartment, everything is arranged in detail. For cleaning the floors and other parts of the apartment, we use the most modern tools and machines that are currently available on the market. The claim that the floors are not cleaned is unfounded. If that was the case, why didn't they invite us to show us what it was all about. Guests could ask for the apartment to be cleaned every day, I wonder why they didn't ask for that service? * I don't know what to say about towels, this shows how wrong people are. They wrote that the towels are rough and thin!! No one has ever found fault with our towels, which are 100% cotton, hotel towels. These are towels that are standard for many apartments and hotels.
