This is my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Tianjin, and I must say that the service is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and the management is top-notch; I will definitely stay here again in the future!
If something is dropped at the front desk, the young lady there will immediately contact someone to help send it out.

Hotel facilities is very high quality and using robot to send things to you. Free laundry and good buffet breakfast. The hotel aircon temperature in Room 713 is controlled and not able to adjust to the temperature that you want. My indoor room temperature Is set to 27 degrees and very hot In late night after feedback to to the front desk, room is changed immediately and upgraded to a bigger room. Very efficient. Free airport transfer by Mercedes Benz SUV , bus driver is very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient, very nice decoration, húge room, which even had a good sound system to connect via Bluetooth.
Good breakfast, with good coffee, excellent airport service, in other words: great.
Just the location was less. Nothing around but offices and other hotels.

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room,
good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

The hotel is fine for its price. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. While it is close to the airport, it is far from the city and the train stations.
