很破舊，廁所很騷。看着好評高分才來下單的，結果一進大門很大一股味道，很久沒人住沒通風的味道。廁所很大的尿騷味，打開通風也騷，熱水器如圖，很老舊的熱水器，銹跡斑斑，不知道會不會漏電，不敢用。宣傳用的廚房照片很新很乾凈，實際如圖鐵鍋都生銹了。拖鞋如圖更是臟兮兮。兩間房的門把手如圖都是壞的。房間的牀頭櫃也是壞的。評價説可以在屋裡看海，結果啥也看不到。唯一優點，可以步行到海邊。想下單的旅客請慎重。

民宿很乾凈，給爸媽住了樓層高的全海景房。但是美中不足是高樓層水壓不太夠，水流很小，熱水器水箱也不是很大。兩個人洗澡需要等很久。能帶狗狗真的很贊

環境尊滴很不錯，而且房東小姐姐態度非常好，在房間裏面能看到海景和日出🌅，離海邊也超級近，體驗感非常棒🎉，總之尊嘟超級棒呀～

開車的話導航到上東灣東門，需要告知房間號才能進入，南門附近有餐廳和小超市。
訂的雙床房，一室一廳，衹有一個有空調，客廳是吊扇，如果趕上最熱的時候肯定不夠用。民宿基本內容都配備了，廚房，廁所，滿足基本需求，這個小區感覺民宿很多，算是靠近趕海最近的小區了，走路不到10分鐘，還有新房子在出售，我們是個工作日去的，人山人海，小朋友玩瘋了，完全不知道什麼叫曬。公園有肯德基還有奶茶店，公廁，洗腳池，配套還可以，不是那種野地。半天趕海足以，不太曬的時候來會體驗感更好。

温馨房間，厚道老闆！這間房子在上東灣離海最近的幾棟樓裏，小區環境很好，房子很新，去趕海超級方便，特別適合一家人一起去玩。洗澡水量大，去趕海的都懂玩夠了回來洗個痛快澡有多重要！
