之前訂過一次這家感覺還可以的，來天津玩想着連訂兩天結果這次的房間真的很失望，洗浴間洗漱用品不全大熱天的也沒法洗澡，床上有一股很濃的異味，屋裡也感覺悶悶的一晚上睡不好……

首先環境什麼的還可以
其次痛點是服務，不能説差，衹能説完全沒有
訂單上邊看不到入住訊息，必須自己給酒店電話才能得知房間好以及鑰匙……都2024年了居然入住需要顧客主動，既然想做無人接待為什麼不提前給用户發短訊告知入住方式
另外酒店的護髮素瓶子裏裝的是洗髮水這個操作沒看過，且這個“護髮素”沾水是真不出沫搞不懂他到底是什麼
還有酒店的床單被褥還有很多陳年已久的痕跡敏感肌直接癢

位置：難找的不行，那是相當不好找，從地下室上去，滿走廊的尿騷味，而且有蟑螂，那都不算啥，前台前台沒有，服務人員也沒有
衞生：有多臟，無法形容，就是這個價格，挺便宜，而且是我見過最臟的酒店，實際就是公寓，那是相當的臟，房間裏面是衞生間反味，淋浴花灑也是壞的，茶几沙發也是壞的，床也是踏了的，就沒好地方，沒感脱衣服，
設施：就算是沒有設施，
環境：相當差勁，不想打字了，太多不如意，就不寫了，
希望能改進，或者從新裝修，否則老闆自己想吧

挺整潔，有一次性拖鞋，一次性浴巾（付費），洗漱用品齊全，遮光窗簾，被子舒服，隔音好，衹要樓上不拆房。附近商業街挺繁華，吃住行都方便。
