房間乾淨，有免費全自動洗衣機，（不準放鞋襪在裡邊洗，不會用別亂搗鼓，先請教怎麼用！大叔很怕洗衣機被用壞，曾聽到有個精神小夥瞎搞洗衣機，差點用壞了，大叔可擔心了。）、免費飲水機飲水，長期保持有桶裝純凈水。有冰箱，不過好像是前台大叔和大爺自用的；價格適中，設施齊全，就是一樓沒有另一個出口。萬一被***、仇家堵住正門，面對這種情況，很難跑掉。可能通二樓的樓梯口那的門，是另一個出口。二樓估計，也會
有另一個出口。總體感覺不錯。

非常老舊的居民樓裏的開的民宿，房屋面積很小，衞生狀況一般。老闆服務還不錯。有晾衣服的地方，有免費的公共冰箱，洗衣機，飲水機。

在老小區裏，房間就是老房子的那種
但住的很温馨，像自己家一樣
房東大爺人也挺好的
四周也很方便
五一實在找不到酒店
別的酒店溢價也很嚴重
這家性價比還是蠻高的

體驗感很不好，首先所有東西都需要和老闆去要，空調遙控器，洗髮水沐浴露，牙膏牙刷等等，而且那種小袋的洗髮水像是從垃圾堆裏撿來的，和老闆要個空調遙控器，老闆嗤笑一聲説，這種天氣還需要開空調嗎？我當時就挺無語的。而且衹有一個枕頭，衞生間也超級小一個，別人的雙眼皮貼還貼了一堆在鏡子上，臟臟的，以後再也不會去了，避雷！！！！！
