Staying in the basic room type was a perfect experience. The price/performance ratio may be the highest among luxury hotels in Beijing and Tianjin. I stayed in the Victoria Suite before, but it was not worth it. The basic room of this hotel is worth it. In short, the room is well maintained, clean, and well-detailed. Recommended!

服務：作為老品牌的五星酒店，服務做成這樣，是我無法理解的。
三間房，開了20來分鐘，最主要的是第二天我朋友下去吃早餐，刷出來的房卡是別的房間的，這是有安全隱患的吧？睡到一半萬一進來一個人也太可怕了吧？這麼低級的錯誤，真是挺嚇人。
開完房，旁邊站了一個扎着辮子的女服務人員，眼看着我們開完要上電梯，我們走成了相反的方向，她就眼看着，一句話不説，我也不知道怎麼想的，這個服務主動性太差了，作為天津最好的酒店，這個價格，真是讓我開眼了，以後不會再住。
