건물도 깨끗하고 신식건물이며 집안에 있을거는 다 준비되어있고 침구, 청소가 청결했어요 지내기 아주 좋았어요 놀이공원이 가깝고 걸어서 10분이내였습니다 주변에 카페와 큰마트가 있어서 불편함이 없고 아주 만족스러웠어요
다만 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 일부러 예쁜 아늑한 방에서 4일동안 숙박하고싶어 미리 알아보고 예약을한건데 첫날 숙박당일 갑자기 아래층에서 공사를 하는바람에 다른 빈 숙소에서 계속 지내게 되었어요 그 점이 많이 아쉬웠고 그 숙소는 전체적으로 깨끗하고 아주 만족스러웠지만 화장실이 좁고 대걸레에서 냄새가 많이 났어요 또 의외로 모기가 많아서 모기약도 구비되어 있으면 좋을것같아요 큰침대방에서는 방음이 잘 안되고 낮부터 밤까지 아이들소리가 하루종일 시끄러워서 잠을잘수없어 작은방에가서 계속 잠을잤어요 톈진에 방문하면 또다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소이지만 몇가지 개선이 된다면 더 완벽한 숙소가 될것 같아요 ~

衞生做的很好，屋裡沒異味，很整潔乾淨。空調很新，製冷效率高。裝修風格簡單大方，熱水夠熱夠足，還有智能馬桶。床很大很舒服，電視也很大，值得一提的是網速超快，比我自己家的網還快🤣這些雖然是基本配置，但是都能做到的民宿很少。小區有保安和門禁，安全而且綠化很好，位置離歡樂谷很近，走路5分鐘就到了。房東很熱情很好溝通，有啥問題很快會回覆和幫忙解決。我感覺天津歡樂谷這一片他家住着絕對是最舒服的性價比最高的，完全不會踩雷，衹會有意外驚喜。
