隔壁至少兩間房住了上海大爺大媽，晚上十點回來就開始嘰嘰喳喳，期間大聲敲門，攀談，十一點半才消停。還是帶了耳塞的情況。早上六點多就又開始吵，受不了出去吃早飯，回來沒聲了，以為能睡個回籠覺，10點多回來了又開始吵，精力旺盛又毫無素質。酒店毫無隔音效果，彷彿就在你耳邊吵。

定了家庭房，一個雙人床，一個單人床，房間不大，比較緊湊。酒店地理位置很好，離瓷房子，張學良故居，張愛玲故居，濱江道都很近，旁邊吃飯的地方也很多，性價比很好。每天每個房間送一杯美式咖啡，味道還不錯

賓館位置在市中心，挺熱鬧的地方，去瓷房子步行街呀這些景點都很近，離天津站很近，吃飯也很方便，也有很多小吃，就是外面這條路是石頭路，還有比較窄，所以車容易堵，如果自己要拉行李箱走就會很難拉。酒店衞生還是挺好的，房間有點小，還沒什麼櫃子，沒什麼地方放東西。

White sheets nice spaced bathroom.
1 towel was dirty and the shower on the 2nd day had no power on the hot side of the leaver.

Wanjia Boutique Hotel is a great choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Tianjin. The hotel is located just off Binjiang Road Pedestrian Street, one of the busiest shopping and dining areas in the city. Everything is within walking distance — Porcelain house, restaurants (including halal food), cafes, local shops, and malls.
The room was clean and comfortable. Transport is also convenient — several metro stations are nearby, and it’s easy to get around the city either by subway or taxi. A great place to stay if you want to explore Tianjin’s city center on foot.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in a prime location. Would definitely recommend it for short stays or shopping trips in Tianjin.
