住過好幾次了！這次體驗最不好！到了前台沒人辦入住，打電話才叫來！房間沒浴袍，打客房中心，一直沒人接前台沒人接，辦理退房時候也是沒人，打電話叫！動物科學王國動物也少了，味道越來越臭！

體驗感很差！
1、2點了還不能入住 ，還沒打掃好、下午3點才入住！
2、房間的門壞了，出去以後進不去了、去前台説卡每瓷了，加了瓷還是打不開、又打了客服才派人過來維修，將近一個小時才進去、但是門還沒修好、強行打開了，最後給我們換了另外一個房間！
3、隔音很差，左右兩邊房間都能聽見聲音！晚上都沒怎麼休息好！
總之體驗感很差！下次不會再去了！

從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店。專程從北京來的，本來是看評價還不錯去的，結果去了之後大失所望，500多一晚的酒店特別小而且特別臟，地面上還有瓜子皮，真是不敢相信衹是貼了幾張萌寵的貼紙就能叫親子房了，沒有娃的拖鞋也沒有牙刷牙具。
配套的淘氣堡，特別小也就適合3歲以下的；所謂的酒店親子游戲也衹是幾個拿着話筒唱幾首兒歌，都聽不清在説什麼。酒店遊玩套餐就更坑，有那個彩虹軌道的樂園叫什麼忘了，進去有工作人員要看門票，玩的時候還有工作人員再查一遍門票生怕遊樂逃票吃虧似的，也太小氣了。這就算了，動物園的租車服務，剛開始問有沒有電動的，那個工作人員説沒有。騎上了才發現拐角就有租賃電動車的。也是醉了，就這麼個自動車，一小時竟然收費80，快追上打車的價格了。如果説有啥項目還感覺不錯，就那個採摘還行，西紅柿真的甜。其他感受都太差了。
非常糟糕的一次體驗，真是一家徒有其名的酒店。如果是專門來這，那大可不必。

如果帶孩子出行的話就不建議入住樂寵酒店了，環境衞生這方便確實不太行。我評價“一般”的酒店這是第一家 真的是出乎意料的。進門就有一股尿sao味道 找了前台 説是下水道反味 及時換了房間 但是兩個屋子的衞生真的是挺不乾淨的 比如：床單被罩 洗漱台 地面 這些明處都不是很乾凈！國慶放假客流量應該不少 價格三百多一晚 雖然不貴 但是衞生確實需要改進。 前台客服態度還是很好的，衹可惜酒店的環境拉低了整體水平

服務：當門口已經有點晚了大概晚上八九點的樣子，到門口看見一個穿着像前台的女生在門口打電話，問有沒有房間看我們一眼轉身走了讓我們去前台問。到了前台不能直接定房間還必須在小程序預訂….然後本來我就身體不舒服在旁邊蹲了半天才辦理完
