The apartments are located in a very cool, convenient area. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station. There are 3 24-hour stores around the building. There are also several cafes around, a very nice coffee shop right next to the entrance and a bar. The apartments themselves are quite clean, but the furniture is generally a bit tired. Clean linen and a comfortable bed with cool, seemingly orthopedic pillows. As a fan of sleeping on a hard surface and with a thin pillow, I really liked it. The room has a full-size refrigerator and a washing machine. Convenient keyless access by card. A pleasant maid who will help with any questions. Also quite fast, no registration required via a local SIM card wifi. The air conditioning also works. It is generally quiet inside, but not without extraneous sounds. Although I, a light sleeper, did not notice that I often woke up and could not fall asleep (there are good curtains in the room that do not let in light).
