アパートの部屋貸しになっています。建物の一階にフロントがありますが、無関係です。到着したら電話をして管理者に迎えに来てもらう仕組みです。わたしの場合は予めt.tripのチャットで質問した際に、wechatを交換していたので電話ではな**ちらでやり取りしました。そういうことが煩わしい方には合わないかもしれません。エレベーター、部屋ともにカードキーになっています。。広さは十分ですし、洗濯機、レンジ、冷蔵庫もあります。少し残念なのは、床に前の人からのものと思われるゴミがあったことくらいでしょうか。４泊しましたが、wechatでトイレの紙を補充してねなどお願いしておくと、毎日タオル交換と水の追加にだけ入室してくる際に対応してもらえて不便はありませんでした。街中ですが高層階で道路の音も気になりませんでした。写真は窓からの景色です。

There are many other apartment hotels in this building. You can look for them. Many of them are cleaner and better managed, and the price is even lower (half of this one). This one basically doesn't bother with hygiene, and the cleaning is not professional. They just mop the floor.
