Very cold in the room no heat working. Time floor was dirty. Nice location . I add to bring my passport again because the staff forgot to make a copy. No professional.but kind.

我入住了津五大道小白樓美侖酒店，感受到了他們出色的服務。工作人員態度熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。而且他們還贈送了一杯美味的酸梅湯，清涼解渴。房間寬敞明亮，空間足夠大，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，衞生間也很乾凈整潔。讓人感到舒適自在。整個酒店的裝修風格也很有特色，給人一種放鬆愉悦的感覺。酒店的地理位置也很好，周圍有很多美食店和商店，出行方便。總的來説，津五大道小白樓美侖酒店是一家服務好、環境優美的酒店。如果下次再來這裏，我還會選擇入住這裏。感謝酒店給我帶來這麼愉快的入住體驗！強烈推薦入住。

如果房價400元的話我願意全打5顆星，可是五一期間太可怕了，現在200多的房間竟然賣到1000出頭，簡直沒法看。

房間面積挺大，美式裝修，層高挺大的，衞生間挺大，在天津第一飯店裡麪，有古老的電梯，據説是風聲的取景地之一。古建築裏面，離着海河挺近，出來旅遊可以選擇這裏很方便。總體不錯！

這個五一假期決定去天津逛逛，主要是先生喜歡探訪老建築，天津有不少保存不錯的歷史建築。假期前兩天選擇入住五大道小白樓美侖酒店非常滿意，首先地理位置很好，解放北路兩邊都是保存很好的歷史建築，離海河也不遠，到解放橋，津灣廣場，瓷房子，張學良故居，五大道民園步行騎車就能到，假期大堵車的情況下很方便。酒店本身就是個老建築，客房寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，前台客服熱情周到，我們入住兩晚很舒服，就是早餐一般，吃飽沒問題（偏中式，有現做的煎餅果子）。先生喜歡喝茶，礦泉水管夠這點很👍👍👍他説以後再來天津首選這裏，已經推薦給朋友們了。酒店有自助洗衣房，帶孩子的家庭可以優先考慮哦。
