I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. While it’s true that some of the interior facilities are a bit outdated and could use an upgrade, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location was convenient and easy to access, and I felt safe and comfortable during my time here. Despite the older furnishings, the room was functional and had everything I needed. Wi-Fi worked well, and basic amenities were provided. It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits.

We had the Garden View rooms and I have to say I was shocked to find a very musty smell upon entering. We immediately asked to switch off the AC, the maintenance guy came and opened the AC vent which was filled with mold. Also there was mold on the walls and ceiling, apart from that the room was clean and tidy. If you can I’d recommend to splurge on the more expensive sea room views. The rooms are old and outdated and in dire need of renovation. The good part about the hotel are the facilities, the pool and private beach are astonishing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, breakfast and food in the restaurants are average.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking. The restaurant also serves impeccable Sicilian food featuring local favorites like anchovies, swordfish, arancini, and cannolo. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the town center, but we found it more convenient to call taxi when we wanted to move around.

Amazing view in Taormina and nice service although the facilities are being old. And the visitors need to rely on shuttle bus service but the information is not transparency for the first time.

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too. However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days. Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town. Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool. Would stay again in a heartbeat

A rather old hotel, with out of date facilities. Slow elevators and a rather poor quality breakfast, with too many sweet pastries and low quality cheap sausages! The location was good with a rocky private beach on the ocean, and a swimming pool but one can notice the facilities are rather old. Overall a good location for a beach resort but facilities and quality of breakfast need improvements!

Top notch service

A beautiful setting with incredible views. The cave entrance onto the beach is amazing! The beach is pebbles. Crystal clear water. The complimentary shuttle to town is nice.You must request passes in the morning, for the time you would like to use the shuttle that day. It is confusing where to actually get on the shuttle, so be sure to ask at the desk. The property was once a grand establishment. It is tired and worn with need of a refurbish. The staff was nice at front desk. I contacted housekeeping one evening for extra coffee for the room and was told "They have gone for the day." Seems odd for a resort.

Very good. Because we were sick that day, the front desk allowed us to check in early. When we felt better the next day, we went to the private pool to swim and take photos. The water was super clean and full of water. The lifeguards were also very polite. I really like this hotel. We will come back next time. Come 🥰

The location of the hotel is great, the scenery is unique and beautiful! The facilities are old, the restaurant is average, the breakfast is poor, and the service is pretty satisfactory.
