Lovely Modern Hotel. Location is ideal if you’re looking to enjoy the marina. Nice staff, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and chef on hand to do your eggs, nice touch. Spa and gym was nice. Location is excellent for the clubs along the marina. Very pleasant stay at the Barcelo.

Very clean hotel. The facilities are modern. Comparable to domestic five-star hotels. After staying in some hotels in Marrakech with not so perfect facilities, it is a good idea to come here to rest. Be sure to book a sea view room! The view is amazing, directly overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar.

The sea view room has a great view, you can watch the sunset, the facilities are also good, the breakfast is rich, but I was a little unhappy when I checked out. The hotel charged 20 dirhams in tax when we checked in the day before. We gave the gentleman at the front desk 100 dirhams, but he said he didn't have change and would give it to us later. When we checked out the next day, a female employee took over. We returned the room card to her, and she said, OK, no problem. We asked her about the change, and she said she didn't know. Later, another man said that there was such a thing, so we searched together and found the envelope with the money and the bill. We thought it should be fine, said thank you and prepared to leave. The female employee suddenly asked us if we had ordered any drinks for a fee. We said no, she wanted to continue, and seemed to want to call the floor phone, but fortunately the man stopped her. When checking out, she said OK, and then she did this again. If we were good at English, we would definitely complain to her!

The hotel I stayed in with my colleagues on a business trip. Recommended by local customers. The sea view room can directly see the sea. The night is beautiful. The city view room is slightly inferior. Overall it is good. I have extended my stay for many nights.

The worst so-called five-star hotel I've ever stayed in, which completely ruined my trip to Tangier: 1. The hotel knew that there were two of us staying, but they always lacked a set of toothbrushes, so they didn't refuse to give them; 2. The automatic light in the toilet is simply genius. Whoever goes to the toilet at night will definitely wake up the other person; 3. The hotel staff will try to talk to you in broken English, even if you speak French to them, but their French is just as broken; 4. The worst thing is the hotel's spa. An ordinary essential oil massage is said to be one hour, but it only took 30 minutes. The technique is also very ordinary, but it costs 800 dirhams per person, about 570-580 RMB. It's really not worth it, a complete consumer trap. 5. There are always people racing on the street in front of the hotel in the middle of the night, and the sound of motorcycles blasting the street makes it difficult to fall asleep.

We booked a deluxe king-size bed room with sea view on the first floor, which is actually the second floor in China. The view is very good, but the balcony door is very noisy when it is opened, so you must close the door. Also, moisture will escape after the door is opened, so the door must be closed, otherwise the sheets and quilts will feel wet and take a while to get better. The breakfast is very rich. I still recommend it. The facilities inside are very new. There are two restaurants outside the back door, which are pretty good.
