Excellent service. Nice lobby. Clean room. Breakfast had a good spread. Had some issues with the electronics (service request kept switching on, room phone working intermittently) and the aircon controls were wonky (couldn’t adjust downwards easily). Overall great stay but rooms could use some inspection on the electronics!

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location with easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The St. Regis promises elegance and attention to detail, and while my stay at The St. Regis Jakarta was luxurious, it fell short of being perfect. This reflects the high standards expected for the price. Some areas could be better, like the check-in, which wasn’t as prompt as I’d hoped. I also requested a late check-out because of a massage on my last day, but no one followed up, so I had to rush during check-out. These small details, which are part of the brand’s promise, were missed. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but paying more attention to guest requests would make the experience even better.

Sunday brunch and breakfast were very excelent. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff all very impressive. Shady pool and adequate gym although not big but very comfortable. If only there was a proper playground for children it would be nice tho bcs most of the guest Like to bring the kids over. But I can say the best hotel food is here! Deff would comeback again

Take 30 minutes just to find parking space before check in, the hotel should have dedicated place for staying guest instead of mix all space with guest parking (especially during hotel event such as meeting, wedding, etc) The room and toilet has nice ambiance, but the mini bar has no complimentary food/drink (other than plain water) The hotel was too crowded due to ongoing event, The pool is not big but quite cozy with pool bar The buttler service is good
