Clean, convenient and effective!

no expectations when i booked it… i just need a room for a quick stop to the city! Itt was good enough… they said it was old, but it was ok for me and had a good stay during the night! The best part is i was close to the transportation terminal. i would stay again in here if i come back

It's less than a 5-minute walk straight from the station. According to the description, it's a long-established hotel. It's on the second floor. I arrived early and was able to store my luggage. I only saw staff when I checked in later that night. The single room was quite small, but clean and tidy. The bathroom was a little small, but it was adequate.

I booked a budget room at this hotel for a one-night stop in Kii-Tanabe before setting off on my Kumano Kodo hike. The location is super convenient, with the train station, bus stop for the next day, convenience stores, the tourist center, and many restaurants all just a few dozen meters away. The hotel is older, and the facilities are basic but adequate. My room wasn't very large, but it was very clean.

The water pressure was perfect. Hot water came out in abundance. The room wasn't large, but it was clean. It was enough for one person.

For those who want to start early on the Kumano Kodo Trail, this hotel is right next to the station and is a good choice. The price is also acceptable.

The building is old, but if you're just looking for a place to stay for business, the price is reasonable and it's close to Kii-Tanabe Station, so it's sufficient. The entrance is a little hard to find, as you have to take the elevator to the third floor from the back of a narrow corridor, but there is a sign at the entrance to the building so you shouldn't get lost. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby, and I dropped into an izakaya on the first floor. The owner was a nice guy and the food was delicious.

The girl at the front desk was very nice. I thought I booked a non-smoking room, but it still smelled. There's an okonomiyaki restaurant in the same building, and the staff is very friendly.

The location is great, just a 3-minute walk from Kii-Tanabe Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you'll have no trouble finding something to eat. The room is really bare bones. The only amenities provided are a toothbrush, so please bring your own. There was a stale air and a damp smell, as there wasn't much ventilation. However, the room was well cleaned, so it's fine for people who don't mind or can get used to it.

My impression was that the hotel had the minimum facilities and services you would expect from a hotel. It was a completely ordinary hotel, and I would be at a loss for anything more than that.

The hotel is quite old. Looking at the photos at the front desk, it seems to be a very old hotel that has been open for many years. The current state of the hotel is quite old and the rooms are average. However, it is near the fields and there are not many options.

Located in the middle of an apartment building, it feels a bit like a small Hong Kong apartment building. There's only a waiter at check-in; otherwise, it's semi-self-service. It's close to the train station, and across from the bar street, you can hear drunk Japanese people arguing late at night. The century-old dim sum restaurant across the street is also quite good.

The service is average and the facilities are a bit dilapidated. Food is ok. Hotel location is great
