Slightly out of town and about 10 mins walk to the metro. Modern and rooms in good condition. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

Hotel room is new and nicely designed. Housekeeping is a bit challenging, floor was dirty and sticky, carpet was dirty and dusty. Bath towels found stained and holes. Appreciated the prompt response from the reception team and provided us with slippers.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast and the friendly staff.

Quiet inner yard but the room size seems to include patio. Location ok if you can walk steep roads up. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast fine and might get crowded when high season. Clean and well kept property

The hotel is clean, located far from the center (on the hills it is doubly inconvenient). The staff is unfriendly and inhospitable. For this money it is better to choose another hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the ancient city. Of course, it takes some energy to walk back because it is uphill. The room is relatively large, with a reasonable layout, separate bathroom, novel decoration and elegant style. The breakfast is very thoughtful and delicious. I hope I can stay here again next time.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but the surroundings are quiet, so it was a great place to stay. Porto is easy to walk around, so there was no problem getting to the main tourist attractions in the downtown area, and the bus stop and subway station are close by, so getting around was no problem at all. The room condition was very good and the room size was sufficient. The breakfast was clean and delicious, so I ate it every day, and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities. If I come back, I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

Free egg tarts and port wine

Nice interior, clean room, delicious breakfast, cheerful staff, everything was perfect. As we were on our honeymoon, the staff were attentive and prepared a lovely cake and champagne for us. I had a good time in a calm room. thank you.

Very good, very clean

I liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel as it looked warm and sophisticated. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's enough to walk to major tourist attractions.
