1st time come . Recomendation from my sister . Near the lost world tambun . Walking only .Very clean & tidy . The host also very friendly and quick response . Will recommend to my friend . Keep up the good work .👍👍👍👍👍

Overall good service and carrying stuff , very fast response and clear communication from stuff . Corner unit and it was quite nice Only issue some noise from construction in front yard

Stayed here because of the onsen pool. We do enjoy the time in onsen pool. Check in procedure maybe abit complicated but security guards are willing to help. Deposit refund also effective (within 12 hrs after check out.

Next trip boleh come again , service tiptop . room so big and clean . Memang berbaloi . Customer service always responae promptly! Three bedrooms is spacious, 2 parking lot, clean, comfort, perfect view of the lost world theme park and furniture are in good condition! I will book again, highly recommended

The homestay unit’s amenities were perfect (good wifi, aircond and fan, washing machine) but slow water pressure especially the bidet’s. We were unfortunate because the housekeeping did a bad job by leaving out previous tenants rubbish, leaving the toilet and room smelling awful. Though, one good point is The Flash Suites customer service was fast in contacting on the day of check in and prompt. Plus point, the building has heated pool (onsen pool)

service is good kaitlyn was very helpfull and fast response. will repeat to stay here. nice vieww also 👍🏻 The only downside is having to check out of the hotel room early at 11am.

The view is nice and worth the price. Recommended for family, check in process is smooth and easy.

Location wise It is close to lost world theme park by walking distance. Overall amenities and cleanliness is up to hotel standard. Car parking is convenient. Customer service response to be improve via WhatsApp. I wish to receive practical response when I have question. The auto reply correspondence message is annoying.

The whole nights was raining. We cant enjoy the movie since all the tv setting, youtube in Chinese Language. Also ni Netflix.

For those hotel goers, it’s not recommended to stay. The concept is similar to Air bnb and very hassle to communicate with hotel management for hotel check in/out information and instructions. No information earlier mentioned that deposit to bank transfer was required but luckily we have local bank account to do so in last minute. Overalls service apartment was clean , cozy with amazing view.However it won’t stay us again due to transition was inconvenient.

Cups are dirty, with stain. Master bedroom heater not working.
