The breakfast was good, the staffs are friendly but it's so busy because there is so many big western tourists groups, someone really don't know or don't care to follow the rules in Onsen, should be improve !

Comfort bed with good public onsen. Walkable to old town and many good restaurant.

The room was a good size, and the service was decent. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and would greet us. The public bath on the first floor, while not large, was very comfortable for a relaxing soak. The morning market is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It's a little bit of a walk from Takayama Station, but that was perfectly acceptable.

It was really good! They even have a small hot spring, and the service was excellent too. I was quite pleased overall. While the room wasn't huge, it offers great value for money at this price point.

Friendly hotel and nice service mind for parking area. Location is easy to walking and dining.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Takayama city. Room is a bit small but overall cleanliness and service are good. Price is a economical too and it has in house onsen too.

I didn't feel this hotel offered good value for money. A twin room for two nights without breakfast cost over 1400, and with breakfast for two days, it came to around 1700. The room was tiny; there wasn't even enough space to fully open a suitcase. It was quite impressive, though, that they managed to squeeze a small table and two small armchairs into such a cramped space. The location is decent, about a 7-minute walk from Takayama Station. Their main draw was supposed to be a hot spring (onsen), but there was only one pool, and it reeked of chlorine. It felt more like a common public bathhouse than a true onsen. Breakfast was okay; the Hida beef patties on the first day were quite tasty. The hotel was packed with Westerners; at breakfast, it seemed almost everyone was foreign.

Nice hotel about 10min walk from JR Takayama Station. Staff are polite. Room cleaning is once every 3 days although you get to change towels daily if you want. Booked the twin room 18sqm but it was still very cramped and we could not open 2 medium suitcases at once. Overall nice hotel.

The 2 single beds room I have stayed is very very small, basically can put one bag flat and no more room to walk. But I like the hotel allow us to reserve a parking lot before we arrive.

Great breakfast, 8–10 min waking from Takayam JR Starion with big luggage. Hotel has a lot of free amenities on check in desk floor.

Very friendly staff and clean room but they have very limited parking space so I had to park at a public parking lot about 5 min. walking distance.

Unexpected good, like the hotel with simple and lovely modern design. The added value is the hotel have the hot spring onsen for guest to use.
