The quality of the staff is impeccable, from reception to housekeeping to service, and of course the CitizenM GM, Mr Wilson, who gives you a first-class welcome when you arrive.

單獨旅居了兩個星期都住得很開心，下次絕對會來住。
其實酒店地點很方便（大夏天要出門的話當我沒説，請直接打車）
很靠近機場捷運，機場來回都很方便。一般出行 捷運的話，步行可到北門站，台北車站。
附近美食很多，往開封路，忠孝西路一代很多道地美食；往西門町一帶是遊客最愛的區域，步行皆10分鐘左右可抵達。
酒店超級乾淨，設施也很智能，一台IPAD就可以操控房間的燈光，窗簾，電視，超級方便。每天早上都會打開窗簾看看，風景超好。
大床也超舒服，每天都睡到不想起床。（廁所的彩虹燈也是一絕，請自行來體驗）
前台人員都很親切有禮貌，有什麼疑問都會回答.
清潔姐姐也超級熱情，每天都很積極的想幫我打掃房間和補水，所以絕對不用擔心酒店衞生問題。

Friendly staff. Good location to explore Taipei as it's near to public transport and attractions. Lobby a bit dark but rooms are bright and like the view from latge window by the bed. Thank you.

the room is bigger than expected and the view was so nice. We are enjoy our stay in the hotel. The location is nearby the airport railway and ximending as well.

Hotel is very well maintained, as good as new even though I last stayed in 2019. Kudos to the hotel for such upkeep. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to walk to Taipei Station and Ximending. It does not have crowded feeling despite it being so convenient.
