"Location is perfect in the center of ximending. Front desk was very helpful. Water dispenser is provided in the lobby. Room was spacious enough. Toilet was a bit small and no bidet, but smart toilet bowl is provided. Hot bath water was running a lil bit slow when started but it got better after taking some times to let it run thru."

"Overall, pretty good. Would recommend staying here. The location is quite convenient, with numerous bus stops right outside. There are plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby, plus a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart downstairs. However, a crucial heads-up: **definitely bring earplugs!** The air conditioning unit is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep without them. Additionally, the shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy, so be mindful if you plan on using it."

"Hotel is super aged, and looks like there’s only minimal effort put into trying to keep it updated. There’s a free washer and dryer on site (can request for laundry detergent from the counter), but the dryer takes 2 HOURS on the hottest setting to dry a load of clothes. The jacuzzi is a nice touch, but the jets weren’t too strong. The toilet HAS NO BIDET, literally the first we’ve encountered in Taiwan so far, unacceptable in this day and age. Location is amazing though."

"It's a room for couples, and the sound effect is good👍. The jacuzzi is not bad, but the decoration is a bit old. Overall it's OK. It’s more than 4,000 on holidays, but it’s still pretty good on weekdays. It's very convenient to shop around for food. The bed is also huge."

"The apartment-style suite itself was quite spacious. However, upon entering, I was immediately hit by an incredibly strong, lingering cigarette smoke smell. The room was also very damp. The air conditioning wasn't effective at all; even when set to its lowest, it failed to cool down the room, which likely worsened the humidity. The blankets felt damp and sticky and provided no warmth. Worse, I kept feeling itchy throughout the night, as if something was biting me. On a positive note, the location right outside the accommodation was extremely convenient, with plenty of izakayas, 7-Elevens, FamilyMarts, and various dining options."

"My second time with this hotel and I did not have the most pleasant time with them nor as much as the previous time. That aside, amenities within a 500-1000m are the supermarket, family mart, restaurants and so on. It’s also near a couple of train stations so be sure to explore the underground pass. Iconic view with the 101 in proximity and can walk from hotel to 101 in about 15mins and some shopping areas as well all around. The hotel room is a little small but my qualm with them is the WiFi. Probably some rooms may not have but I have gotten the same problem since my stay with them in November last year. Some blind spots will cause u to lose connectivity but somehow their staff always came back to me with they didn’t find problems with it. But it is really irritating especially when u can’t get decent connectivity in this time and space so I do hope that if I ever stay with them again, this will be rectified. What was most upsetting was on the day when I am checking out (which is today), I received a call from the reception to my room at 10:59am and telling me that I should be checking out now when my check out time is at 11am in the first place. I have never ever gotten any ca before in any hotel and to get this from Hilton groups is to me unforgivable. It should not be the peak season now so is there an issue when I checked out 10 mins late (or less)?"

"Location: Minutes walk from the New Beitou MRT station, many food options nearby. Cleaniness: Facilities are a bit old but very clean. Service: Hotel staff are all very friendly. Facilities: Only minor complain is there is only 1 lift in the hotel so requires a bit of patience. Breakfast is delicious."

"The location is very convenient. It's about 8-10 minutes' walk from Zhongshan MRT Station and right at the entrance of Ningxia Night Market. Although the room is not particularly big, it has a jacuzzi which is great for relaxing."
