日式湯屋的烏來碳酸氫鈉泉的泉質真的非常棒，還附有浴鹽以供使用，泡完後肌膚變得光滑細緻，完全放鬆身心。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。
另外，飯店的地理位置極為便利，無論是要逛街、美食或商務出行都非常方便。整體設施和細節都顯示出飯店對住客的重視，讓人感到賓至如歸。

酒店位置不大方便，位於4係捷運站的中間點，去任何站平均雖要12到15分鐘。
酒店前台態度有善。因為分別訂了2個房型(一般房和湯屋)於旅程前半和後半入住，所以前台都於第一日入住時提醒可以於轉房當日12點來問一問可以轉房未。而轉房當日都真的可以11點半就轉到房。
房間差別非常大
一般房
設施雖然非常簡單，但同時都非常清潔，空間非常大。光度非常足夠。除了無浴缸外，整體來講一般房型性價比相對較高。
湯屋雖然有大浴池，但有好多嚴重問題
1. 真係好臭，嚴重渠臭垃圾發酵臭味。問題一開始發現係洗手間傳出，但後期又可以係浴池附近發現。由於洗手間門頂係通空通氣的，而浴池直出就係房（無任何門／牆分阻房間同入浴洗手間），所以其本上全間房都無聞到臭味，只不過洗手間最臭。
2. 水渠聲超大。只要有水流過任何渠都一定聽到。
3. 燈光比較暗，一般旅行無問題，但如果需要旅行中途工作會差一點。
4. 插座位置異常隱蔽。所以床的其中一邊會有一開二拖板，但另一邊無，要自己申手搵個插座位（眼係唔會望到的）。
整體：
一般房型嘅入住體驗係中上的，正常酒店房而空間非常足夠；但湯屋係好差好差嘅體驗。
地理位置未致於好遠，但每次來回捷運站都要十多分鐘路程，無落雨都唔太大問題，但落雨真實都幾狼狽。
周邊都有早餐店同宵夜店，便利店都有幾間小型的，都算方便。
