"This B&B was just opened recently and it was very good to stay once. It is very close to the train station. The owner has a very good service attitude and also provides train station transfer service! "We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity."

"Great hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night."

"The room was clean and refreshing, the environment was nice and quiet, and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful, carefully recommending local restaurants. The owner was very thoughtful, providing disinfectant wipes on the toilet seat. The breakfast was delicious; the stir-fried shredded pork with vegetables was amazing, and the soy milk with ginger was both tasty and warming. The dining environment was clean and the service was excellent. The drivers were also very friendly; we negotiated the price and time with them beforehand, and they took turns picking us up and dropping us off, which was very convenient and reassuring. I will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit Taining."
