I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

This is the perfect hotel if you just need a bed. However, there are some gripes that dont quite hit the mark. Access to facilities was not very adequate, but you have to temper your expectations based on the price you are paying. The laundry facilities are available and cheap to use. However they are limited in number and can be frustrating to wait for if you were counting on its use on the weekends where there would be a long queue for its use. There is a well stocked seven-eleven nearby that would allow you to buy anything you require, although the room does supply you with the basic soap and shampoo. The biggest gripe i had was with the wait for the lift. There is only one. And you can spend an exhorbitant amount of time waiting for the lift at times, phantom stops at floors are indicative of when people have given up waiting and have opted for using the stairs instead.

There was a promotion during our period of stay, however, the front desk did not give us the gift during our check in. Only when we saw the promotion flyer in our room and went down to ask the front desk then they gave us the free gift. Other than the above, the hotel is great! The toilet on the second floor is very clean. My kids love the playground and the slide. Can see that the curtain and window were well maintained and cleaned. The switches are clean too! Small details are very well taken care of. It is also very near Taichung station. Will choose this hotel again!

Great location, near the train station. Has a mini playground at the hotel. My kids will drop by everytime before heading back to our room. Highly recommend!

Very strategic location n clean. Only downside is the lift where you need to wait long coz only one lift is available.

Chose it for the indoor slide and mini play area - no regrets - our toddler loved it ❤️ Also, amazing that it's located just opposite Taichung station with a 7-11 & family mart across the street. . Breakfast food is subpar, you can do without it. Only 1 lift for about 12 floors. No fancy amenities but you've got all you need. All in all, value for money 👍

Love this hotel. Staffs are helpful. Location is strategic and convenient.

Room was clean and spacious, there was even a bathtub in it. The children enjoyed it very much. There was a small play area with a swing so the kids could slide down into a ball park. I was 15 minutes late checking out so there was a small charge. So please make sure you check out by noon.

I love this hotel clean the stuff is good but the only I don't the check in time 5pm too late get tired

Great location! Just a few minutes walk from Taichuan Railway station. Great for families with young children, that a play area located in B1.
