Easy & smooth check-in, located near to the high speed railway station. Room for improvement for the cleanliness.

Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient. The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus! Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too. All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command. But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom.

The amenities were fine, just normal. My room particularly smelt of smoke, not cigarettes, but like they'd had a major fire in there. It was quite strong and overwhelming. The view from the room was nice and there were many places to eat nearby

The room was too bad and dirty. bad smell and so much cockroach in the room. washroom doesnt have separate door, toilet sits are very inconvenient

This was a great stop over for one night. Close to the high-speed train. It was a large room but not a lot of shops close by.

Excellent room with a beautiful view on the mountains, convenient smart room and welcoming staff

Room was clean. However, Not sure if this was only because I booked the smart room, but there were a few problems with my room, including a leaky shower (would leak to the floor). Curious to see if regular room had these problems, maybe not.

I couldn't ask staff to keep my bag for few hours after I checked out. Because no staff around 8am. Signboard says staff will be at reception around 8am

Nothing exceptional, but clean and not too hard to reach.
