Never book this hotel if you are a non smoker! When I booked this hotel, I went for the bigger family room because it's the only option that states that it's non smoking. But they don't enforce the non smoking rule so when I check-in I was greeted with a strong smell. The hotel said they'll do anti smoke treatment for me so I went out for dinner. After dinner when I got back, the room was slightly better. But it got worse throughout the night so much so that I had to call the reception to change a room. They explained that because they are next to an internet bar, sometimes the Aircon filter is not able to totally eliminate the smoke.

It was a very nice place to stay! Good location and a 15 minute walk from Ancient Town! Great service too! Recommended to stay!

Glad to have stayed at Okday Hotel during our recent trip to Lijiang. Hotel is new , room is big and clean , comes with complimenary laundry service too. It is located not too far from the Old Town. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel manager Ms. Butterfly helped us to book local tour to JDSM and gave us plenty recommendations ( food/massage/shows) . Okday Hotel is highly recommended .

Staff helped us to order food using her handphone when we had issues using our phone. The rooms facing the street was a bit noisy in the night due to the traffic but generally we had a great stay here

We stayed twice on different days before and after TLG trek. First day was great when they upgraded us to level 4 room. Second time, it was a full house so no upgrade. The room they gave at level 3 was clean but had heavy smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. The smoke persisted even after the house keeper sprayed perfume and we left the window open for ＞ 4 hours while we went Old Town. The smoke persisted throughout the night and I was very glad to leave the hotel the next night. Aside from that bad smoke experience, everything else including amenities and breakfast was alright.

The hotel is really nice and in a hood location. Food and groceries are all close by and the ancient city is in walking distance. Checkin process was easy. The room was very modern and nice.

3 days of a very pleasant and nice stay. Good hotel location with nearby halal restaurants. The manager and receptionist are very helpful and welcoming.

Strategic location with everything included in the room, perfect customer service even we just there for hourly room.

We come back to stay 1 more night, everything is perfect! Recommend to everyone 👍

The room was upgraded, the room was big, laundry was delivered to the door, health porridge was provided every night, and all questions were answered. The service was very good. The location is also close to the ancient city, and there are many restaurants nearby. The barbecue recommended by the front desk was also delicious. The hotel is pretty good. The only bad experience is to avoid the Judianyuan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles not far from the hotel. The price is not clearly marked and the price is exorbitant. Stay in the hotel to avoid it.

The first night was very comfortable, and I stayed there again the second night. Hehe~ There are many hotels near the ancient city, but I think this one has the best service and a strong human touch. Who knows how uncomfortable it is to have a bowl of sweet porridge given by the hotel at night? There is also a surprise gift after checking out. I personally like that postcard very much, and there is a handwritten blessing on the back (the words are so beautiful) In short, if you come to Lijiang to play, I personally recommend staying here~ Highlight! We stayed in a twin room on the first night. We had to go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain early the next morning and wanted to extend our stay. There were no twin beds, only large beds. So we booked a large bed, and the waiter also helped to move the luggage to the new room. The front desk lady provided good service and handled any problems in a timely manner. There were still some small problems in the room, such as: the washbasin light in the first large bed room was broken and needed to be repaired the next day. We were changed to a parent-child room with a heavy smell of smoke. After playing all day, we didn't want to change rooms, so the waiter came to deal with it. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Zhongyi Market and Lijiang Ancient Town

The location is easy to find, the hotel environment is also very good, the front desk service attitude is particularly good when arriving at the hotel late at night, the room is very clean, the basic facilities are very complete, there is also a free laundry room with an aunt to help dry, and it is also convenient to eat in Zhongyi Market.
