The rooms recently have a tennis theme. Excellent for families with children.

The room was a bit small and right next to the railway tracks, but the soundproofing was excellent. The service wasn't ideal; there was no bellhop at the ground floor drop-off area, and no one answered when I called the provided phone, so I had to carry my luggage up to the second-floor front desk myself. It's very convenient for the tram, just a 3-minute walk. Across the street in the office building, there are restaurants (I tried two, and neither was good) and a convenient supermarket. There's also a drugstore (well-stocked and high-quality items, though some things are more expensive than the one across the street). The drugstore across the street is large, sells prescription medicine, and is cheaper. Breakfast was unappetizing and monotonous. All in all, the location is very convenient, but the hotel's facilities and service are subpar, feeling more like a budget hotel.

We recently stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and had a very pleasant experience. The area is quiet and charming, making it a peaceful place to stay. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent especially thoughtful was the way they surprised our daughter with complimentary sweets and gifts. The room was comfortable overall, though the shower box in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Pullman hotel was a very good stay for me and my family. Near to the MRT and F&B. Definitely will go back again!

Very new and nice hotel. Subway just opposite hotel. Very convenient. Just 15mins to ginza.

A relatively quiet place, not as noisy as Shinjuku.

Great location, within 5 mins from Mita subway station. The hotel room is clean but a bit small (like most of other hotels in Tokyo). It’s also close to supermarket and good restaurants around there too. Overall a nice hotel
