good location and hotel for a transit stay, closest airport to narita. possible to walk to terminal 2 and 3 but if carrying heavy and bulky luggage, suggest to take the airport to hotel shuttle bus.

The bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom.
The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel.
It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake.
Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

TTongWe stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

KK Hoffman (Canada)Excellent place to stay if you have an early flight out. Great for solo travelers as the price is very reasonable. Got a secured locker with a key to put away your luggage, valuables and shoes. You are provided with pyjamas, toothbrush/ toothpaste, towels and slippers. The only downside is there is no lounge, but you could easily walk over to Terminal 2 to hang out. Also there is no outlet for me to plug in. The USB ports are different.

SSereneStayed here as we needed to be at Narita Airport at 630am the next day. The area was quaint and pleasant with small shops and cafes. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, our room had no shower (only toilet). We went to the indoor public bath at the accommodation to take a shower and soak in the bath. Overall a great stay! Thanks to the reception for helping us call a taxi in the morning to the airport.

The room was big and spacious, good amenities and a good view to the forest side - it gets noisy when planes fly through but in the night it’s quiet.
Front desk was friendly and worked well.
There is a convenience store on 1F inside the hotel too.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings).
Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel.
Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english.
Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them.
Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.

GGuest UserWe were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

MMSTEVEThe hotel is quite new and modern. It’s a short walk from the Narita train station and literally across the road from Aeon Mall. The buffet breakfast was included and was really great. Like most Japanese hotels the room size is on the smaller side.

JJoanneThis is our go to hotel for late night arrivals and stocking up before heading to the snow. Stayed here for more than 10 years and it’s very dated but a clean,spacious and central hotel. JR an keisei a couple of mins walk. Aeon mall 1km walk. Kids playground down the road as well as a beautiful temple and gardens.
Narita area has every thing you need so a basic affordable hotel with good accom, heating and very good location is enough.
Beds are old but comfy enough for the price we paid. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant but everything looks ok. So many restaurants and bars close by to explore. There are vending machines on every floor, and some floors have ice machines and a microwave.
We booked a twin which was 22m2 ( I think). Enough room for my partner in one bed and my 6 year old and I to share one of the twin beds. Rooms are quite spacious but you need to book the right room or you could be in a tiny single space
