【Airport Shuttle Service】 We offer airport shuttle service upon advance reservation. Pick-up locations are limited to Narita Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you wish to use the shuttle service, please contact us by message or phone at least one week prior to your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on the time and date. Special Policy for Typhoons and Natural Disasters In the event of any of the following circumstances, cancellation fees will be waived regardless of the standard policy: When a "Storm Warning" or "Special Warning" is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area where the accommodation is located. When, on the day before or the day of your stay, essential transportation (such as Shinkansen, flights, or expressways) required for your travel is suspended or closed. When the facility determines that it is difficult to operate due to conditions such as power outages, water outages, or road closures. In cases where a typhoon is only forecasted or a "Caution Advisory" or predicted path has been issued (i.e., before an official warning is in effect), the standard cancellation policy applies.
