"I had a layover in Tokyo and chose this hotel because it's very close to Narita Airport. I stayed here last year and had a good experience, so I came back again this year.
This time, I opted for a room in the main building. I think the room must have been recently renovated as the facilities were brand new, but there was a faint smell of new paint, and the window couldn't be opened, which somewhat affected my sleep.
The hotel service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though I'd say it's just average for a Nikko hotel. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was quite good, and Nikko hotel members get a 10% discount.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the JR station and Narita Mall. If you have some time, you can explore the attractions around Narita; it's quite nice."
