"The hotel is highly accessible and much closer if you use the Narita Station East Exit. It is an easy, walkable distance and very luggage-friendly. The staff provides excellent service, and I highly recommend trying their buffet-style breakfast. The food was fantastic—especially the unagi rice, Japanese curry, and miso soup (though of course, tastes may vary!). The room size is pretty standard for Japan. Please note that while they provide a convenient shuttle service to Narita Airport, they do not offer a pickup service from the airport."

"The hotel is basic but clean, comfortable, and has everything it sets out to deliver. We had a twin room, which is small but has comfy beds, was pretty quiet, and the shower was good (also quite small). The shuttle service was punctual but has a very limited schedule. That said, we took the train to the airport which was very quick as well, though I imagine inconvenient with lots of luggage. The breakfast was good but for everyone. It was very local - I enjoyed it but my husband struggled a bit. Coffee is pretty bad, but we didn't have expectations. It is also very early, ending at 8:30AM. There is a family mart right in the building and max value across the street. A few restaurants (tonkatsu and ramen) just at the step and open late. I'd stay here again if transiting through Narita though!"

"I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place."

"Coming out of Narita Airport Terminal 2 on the first floor, look for bus stop 26 and wait for the hotel's shuttle bus, which takes about 20-something minutes to get to the hotel. The shuttle bus was quite punctual. This time, two adults and one child stayed in a superior twin room, which was very clean. The area is quite secluded, but thankfully there's a convenience store on the first floor, so there was food available at night. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay at this airport hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. "There are 3 shuttle buses per hour from the hotel to the airport. Check-in and check-out are handled via self-service machines, which is very convenient. I initially thought it would take a long time for a whole busload of people to check in, but it was surprisingly quick. The room was spacious, but perhaps because it's an older hotel, there weren't many power outlets, which was a minor inconvenience. I chose a smoking room this time, and it had a super strong smoke smell. If you're traveling with non-smoking companions, I'd advise caution when booking a smoking room. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor has a great variety of items, which I really liked. Also on the first floor, there are self-service machines selling drinks and ice cream. Breakfast at the new wing starts earlier, while the main building's breakfast starts a bit later. I asked the staff, and they said even if you're staying in the main building, you can have breakfast at the new wing if you need to leave early. However, I ended up waking up late and didn't get to experience it. Overall, it's a good experience as an airport transit hotel."

"Overall the hotel was good value for money. Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly."

"The location is excellent, right by the airport. You can walk to it directly from T3. If you're arriving at T1 or T2, you'll need to take the airport shuttle to T3, and then it's about a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and bright. The service attitude is great. I would definitely stay here again."
