"The hotel is highly accessible and much closer if you use the Narita Station East Exit. It is an easy, walkable distance and very luggage-friendly. The staff provides excellent service, and I highly recommend trying their buffet-style breakfast. The food was fantastic—especially the unagi rice, Japanese curry, and miso soup (though of course, tastes may vary!). The room size is pretty standard for Japan. Please note that while they provide a convenient shuttle service to Narita Airport, they do not offer a pickup service from the airport."

"A bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey."

"The hotel is basic but clean, comfortable, and has everything it sets out to deliver. We had a twin room, which is small but has comfy beds, was pretty quiet, and the shower was good (also quite small).
The shuttle service was punctual but has a very limited schedule. That said, we took the train to the airport which was very quick as well, though I imagine inconvenient with lots of luggage.
The breakfast was good but for everyone. It was very local - I enjoyed it but my husband struggled a bit. Coffee is pretty bad, but we didn't have expectations. It is also very early, ending at 8:30AM.
There is a family mart right in the building and max value across the street. A few restaurants (tonkatsu and ramen) just at the step and open late.
I'd stay here again if transiting through Narita though!"

"I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place."

"Coming out of Narita Airport Terminal 2 on the first floor, look for bus stop 26 and wait for the hotel's shuttle bus, which takes about 20-something minutes to get to the hotel. The shuttle bus was quite punctual. This time, two adults and one child stayed in a superior twin room, which was very clean. The area is quite secluded, but thankfully there's a convenience store on the first floor, so there was food available at night. I would definitely stay here again."

"There are 3 shuttle buses per hour from the hotel to the airport. Check-in and check-out are handled via self-service machines, which is very convenient. I initially thought it would take a long time for a whole busload of people to check in, but it was surprisingly quick. The room was spacious, but perhaps because it's an older hotel, there weren't many power outlets, which was a minor inconvenience. I chose a smoking room this time, and it had a super strong smoke smell. If you're traveling with non-smoking companions, I'd advise caution when booking a smoking room. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor has a great variety of items, which I really liked. Also on the first floor, there are self-service machines selling drinks and ice cream. Breakfast at the new wing starts earlier, while the main building's breakfast starts a bit later. I asked the staff, and they said even if you're staying in the main building, you can have breakfast at the new wing if you need to leave early. However, I ended up waking up late and didn't get to experience it. Overall, it's a good experience as an airport transit hotel."

"Overall the hotel was good value for money.
Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly."

"The location is excellent, right by the airport. You can walk to it directly from T3. If you're arriving at T1 or T2, you'll need to take the airport shuttle to T3, and then it's about a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and bright. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.

GGuest UserComfort Hotel Narita is a very good option for a short stay or transit stopover near Narita Airport.
The hotel provides typical Japanese hospitality, staff are polite, well-trained, friendly, and always try their best to assist. Some staff speak English above basic conversational level, which is helpful for overseas travellers.
We only stayed for 2 nights while waiting for our next flight and found it a great choice. It is only **one train stop from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Narita Station**, and around a **10-minute walk from the station to the hotel**, which is very manageable.
There are also 2 Lawson convenience stores nearby, and you can take a bus from in front of Narita Station to AEON Narita Shopping Centre. This makes it ideal if you want to relax near the airport and avoid travelling all the way into Tokyo.
One useful tip: some booking websites may automatically charge extra for a child. However, the hotel's official policy states that **children stay free**. We simply booked **2 adults** and advised the hotel that **1 child would also be staying**, and they accepted it without any additional charge upon arrival.
Breakfast is included. The rooms and facilities are above average — not luxury, but clean and comfortable.
Highly recommended for short stays and airport transit.

The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo.

GGuest UserThe location is good and there's a shuttle bus, but overall the hotel feels a bit dated. I saw on Ctrip that it was supposedly renovated in 2025, but that's not actually the case. Not all rooms have been renovated, and the cleanliness is just average. The lobby isn't big, but it's cozy. There's also a side lounge (Pic 4) where you can wait for the shuttle after checking out, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is convenient. Pic 3 shows the shuttle bus schedule, which is really handy.
