Wuhan Hotels with Pools

The room was very spacious and clean. We were traveling with children, and the large room meant that even with three beds, it didn't feel cramped. We slept really well! The air conditioning was comfortable and quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a very pleasant experience. A special thank you to Gloria! She reached out before our check-in to ask if we had any special requests. When I mentioned it was my mom's birthday on the day of our arrival, she enthusiastically arranged a room setup for us, including a handwritten card and a complimentary fruit platter. It was incredibly thoughtful!

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

Didi Taxi 40% off voucher: It only cost 10+ yuan to take a taxi to Hankou, which was a great deal! Service: When getting in and out of the car, they proactively helped open the door and carry luggage. Although this is standard for a five-star hotel, it still felt wonderful to experience such attentive service right from arrival. Even when ordering room service around 10 PM, it was delivered quickly. It would be perfect if the beef could be a bit more tender. Environment: The public areas, especially the elevators, had a subtle, pleasant, and non-irritating scent. The SPA and pool environment was also very good. Overall, a very good value for money choice.

This veteran five-star hotel's management is on par with, if not superior to, some of the big-name brands. The facilities are standardized and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the rooms with hardwood floors – no musty smells, and no overpowering air fresheners like in some other hotels. It felt naturally fresh, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was efficient and specifically provided a quiet room as requested. The room featured an extra-large bed of top-notch quality. The bathroom layout was well-designed, and the bath and floor towels were neatly arranged for an evening shower. The service staff were polite and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was lavish, and the restaurant offered traditional Wuhan breakfast items, all of which tasted excellent. Be aware that rooms in different sections require using specific elevators, so make sure not to take the wrong one. All elevators and elevator lobbies were clean, tidy, and brightly lit. In short, everything upheld the expected standard of a long-established hotel. Excellent! Minibar: Didn't use it, but the hotel should proactively inform guests about it. Facilities: Very standard. Hygiene: First-rate. Environment: Both internal and external are good. If it weren't for the rain, I could have walked to East Lake. Service: Standardized and warm.

My stay at Fairmont Wuhan was fantastic. The hotel has an elegant ambiance, and the rooms are clean and spacious – more than enough room for comfort. Its location is also very convenient, right next to a subway station with two lines. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to Lily at the front desk for her kind and thoughtful service and efficient check-in process. Also, a big thank you to the butler, Mandy, who provided attentive care and handled all the details meticulously throughout my stay, from check-in to departure. Overall, it was a truly comfortable experience, and I will definitely choose Fairmont Wuhan again next time I visit Wuhan!

What I loved most about my stay was the unbeatable river view from the room and the breakfast buffet. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered views of both the Yellow Crane Tower and the Parrot Island Bridge simultaneously – the majestic Yangtze River scenery was truly stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that left me feeling very satisfied every morning. Additionally, the hotel staff were all warm, friendly, and proactive in their service. Overall, both the soft services and the hardware live up to the Hilton brand. My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning might be a bit old; the temperature couldn't be adjusted, and having only one setting isn't ideal for older guests or children. It would be perfect if the central AC could be upgraded.

Stunning cabin, breathtaking lake views – the environment is absolutely top-notch! It’s definitely an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. However, I do have a few suggestions: 1. The cabin had a very strong woody smell, which was a bit pungent when trying to sleep at night. I wonder if there's any formaldehyde, and I'm glad I didn't bring my child this time. 2. The public restrooms were absolutely filthy. There was an unidentified liquid on the floor and even cockroaches. It was dirty at midday and still dirty at night. After I spoke to the owner, it was cleaned immediately. 3. We ordered a BBQ set meal, and my wife's favorite lamb chops, which were supposed to be included, weren't served. When I asked the owner, he said they were out of lamb chops and had quietly replaced them with pork and chicken wings, without any prior communication. It felt a bit disrespectful, but the owner did offer complimentary steaks later, which was nice! 4. There were no welcome fruits or welcome coffee upon check-in. Sigh, I had come with the expectation of experiencing a high-end B&B, but... However, the owner was very generous and gave us two Americanos! 5. My biggest complaint has to be the lack of a washing machine. In the middle of summer, how am I supposed to wash my sweaty clothes? Am I expected to handwash them myself? What??? I'm here for a vacation, not to do chores! The moment I stepped into the cabin, I was thinking of staying for a few more days to enjoy a good vacation with my wife, but these little details and service experiences over the two days and one night subtly discouraged us from doing so. Alas, the difference between an ordinary B&B and a high-end one probably lies in these details and service! The lake view and the cabin itself are top-tier. Don't let these service issues and details degrade the overall quality. Keep up the good work, owner! I hope to have a different experience when I visit again next year!

This hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

This resort-style hotel with its garden, mountains, and water views gives a great vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the private balcony offers an expansive view of the wide-open sky and Yanxi Lake – it’s truly breathtaking and natural. The hotel's outdoor areas are fantastic; jogging or strolling along the lake is beautiful, especially with the blooming lotus flowers, vast waters, and blue skies. The long-armed swing facing Yanxi Lake, with blooming lotus flowers underfoot and distant mountains, white clouds, green water, and blue sky in the background, is very Instagram-worthy. Right across is Peninsula Paragliding, suitable for older kids (middle school age and up), and they can even send a boat to pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. The feeling of the small boat passing through the lotus flowers is just like a lotus-picking song. There's even more for younger kids to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors.

The location is absolutely fantastic, perfect for a city walk. From the hotel window, you can see Bagongfang right nearby, less than a 10-minute walk away. In the morning, you can stroll around when no one else is there. The surrounding area is full of charming little streets, with unique small restaurants, cafes, and bars, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very comfortable stay! Although the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness is good. The only minor issue is that the new furniture might have a strong, somewhat pungent smell, but it's only for a few days, so it's not a big deal, and the windows can be opened. I have to say again, the location is just superb.
