Hong Kong Hotels with Pools

Everything was phenomenal as expected, but a highlight for us was visiting the Avengers themed bar where myself and my family members tried each and every cocktail on the menu. Hung, our server went above and beyond to explain each of the cocktails to us in great detail. Thank you.

This hotel was a great value for money at a very convenient location and right next to an MTR station. You get what you paid for: the rooms are HK-size (small) but comfortable; and the hotel is long overdue for a renovation, but it was all very clean and the housekeeping team was very attentive. I got a harbour-view room on a high floor and that was beautiful.

Location is rather nice, a 10 mins walk to Central downslope. We found walking back up a little challenging so we'd almost invariably take a taxi back. Located beside HK Zoo/Park, a nice a pleasant park for greenery and for families. Facilities are average, no free drinking water provided. Service is good, staff helpful and friendly. Note there is no daily service apart from towel replacement and emptying bins. Bed linens are changed on Tuesdays and Fridays. We would stay there again.

Rating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

We requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to a sea view, as we hold Gold Membership. The receptionist initially indicated that he would do his best to accommodate this request. We do understand that it is common not to be upgrade. However, after the lengthy check-in process of 40-50 minutes, when we asked if the room had been upgraded to a sea view, he told us it had not. When we inquired about what type of upgrade had been made, he informed us that the room was only slightly larger. To our dismay, upon comparing this room with the other two, we found that it appeared even smaller. The other two rooms included a sofa, whereas this room could only accommodate a chair. Additionally, this room had a very unpleasant smell, as if it had not been used for a long time. I am extremely disappointed to have to write this feedback at midnight during my holiday. It has affected my ability to sleep, and I felt compelled to express my concerns. I want to emphasize that our disappointment stems from the attitude displayed when he attempted to resolve our issue when his junior colleague doesn’t do his job well. It felt as though I owed him something. While he did not use any inappropriate language, his demeanor conveyed a lack of concern for our situation, as if he was unwilling to help rectify the problems we faced, despite the fact that the fault lay with the hotel. So we decided to ask him what we can do to feedback our experience to your management, the hotel staff give us his name card and saying that we can write to his email address. That is so funny and he is thinking that we are *****. Then we ask him we want official email to feedback then he just say app can feedback.

The room was spacious and clean. Efforts put into cleaning the room can really be seen. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities in room were adequate. Although the room looked a bit dated, it more than made up for it with the comfortable ambience. It is just a comfortable hotel to stay in.

Land here is limited so considering that, you actually get a pretty decent room size already. Cosy place and always clean. The lounge was nice. They have a free flow alcohol bar for you to mix, 3 drinks and it makes your upgrade worth already. We got a room with a new view too overlooking the ocean ☺️ very nice to wake up to. Staffs are all amazing, super polite and 1 in particular was even more amazing. Thank you Billy for all your help during our stay. Always a pleasure to see you around and have the small conversations, making the trip an even more pleasant one. (His English is perfect too, making it super easy to communicate). I remembered we also picked up the phone to request for something, the first line was “good morning Mr xxx, how can I help you today?”, my husband was shocked at the service and took some time to reply 🤣 Location: there’s a laundry place at hill road, just around the corner. Supermarkets too. 7eleven right beside. And the MTR, right in front of the hotel. After staying for a few days, u will be glad you chose here considering the convenience.

Disappointed with the service of shuttle bus, the hotel doesn’t put the timetable on the website and location for pick up from west Kowloon station. So we have to take a metro train to the hotel. Unfortunately the Google map didn’t direct us very well, took the longer route to get to the hotel from the Sung Wong Toi station. Also after 6:20pm there is no shuttle bus from Kowloon hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui back to hotel. I uploaded the screenshot to timetable for anyone who wishing to stay this hotel.  The room is not spacious but this is HK. The hotel will not provide any toiletries and water. You better to bring your own shampoo, because we notice after using their shampoo we got dandruff :( The house keeper service is good, they are very polite and accommodating your time to clean the room.  We didn’t have the breakfasts at the hotel, there is lots of local pastry shops and cafe near by. Try some local bakery you won’t regret it. Also 7/11 is only 1 minute away from the hotel which is very convenient to get water and snacks.  There is a self cleaning laundry service opposite the hotel, very cheap and easy to use if you have octopus card to pay for it.

The room is great, spacious and comfy. The pool is good however lots of maintenance slots during the day. They close it around 1:30 and then reopen around 2 hours later. Then, close at 6 or 7pm? When to enjoy it when pick ours it is being cleaned? It makes no sense…

Very good location at Tsim Sha Tsui, MTR exit just beside the hotel. But the hotel is quite old and feel chaos during busy time, the staff at the entrance won't control the incoming car and caused congestion. My room window is facing back of Chung King Mansion which is not a very pleasant view.
