Everything was good. Location good, service good, always supportive. They even give little gifts when checking out. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Very easy to check in and spacious room. Good amenities and the hotel even gave a few snacks after checking out. Really good location with many restaurants nearby.

The place was in a very convenient location, near two metro stations. There’s lot of good shopping and food nearby. It’s also super close to some main attractions such as the Humble Administrator’s Garden, Suzhou Museum and Pingjiang Road. The staff are all super nice and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!

Excellent staff - extremely attentive and do a superb job of making sure everything is fine. Good location in the city. Comfortable beds and has all of the basic amenities.

It was clean, location was good (close to the metro and pretty easy to find) the only problem would be that they didn’t have conditioner and that the room was small, but I would stay here again.

The staff provided excellent and courteous service. An immediate room change was facilitated to address an initial smoky odor. The hotel enjoys a convenient location near numerous restaurants and street food vendors.

Biggest highlight of this hotel is the awesome staff (both reception and roomcleaning), who were very pleasant, like another guest commented, they welcomed each guest with tea and a hot towel and greeted every time with a bow, also they rushed to open the door every time (this amount effort I didnt even experienced in european 5* hotels). As a German/EU visitor the passport registration worked flawlessly. The room itself was clean and had above average amenities. The location was not far from the Metro and shopping passage and is also surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. 5/5 I would definitely book here again if I might visit in Suzhou in the future.
