Clean and large rooms with impeccable customer service. The location is also excellent as it is just 1 street across the touristy shopping district Ping Jiang Rd where you can shop for souvenirs and dine till late.

Great location, clean and staffs are helpful. Opp ping jiang area where there’s many place to walk and shop. There’s gym and laundry room on the same floor as the one I stay which is super convenient

Stayed 2 nights with family in the Hello Kitty room, the kids were thrilled, room was spacious, clean and in great condition. Staff were helpful and attentive. Hotel is located close to amenities, eateries and directly across to Ping Jiang Rd which has plenty of speciality shops. We thoroughly loved our time at Suzhou and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Pingjiang lu is directly opposite the hotel. 15 mins ride to Suzhou railway station. Room is spacious and clean, shower water is strong, heater consistent 👍

Hotel is located conveniently in Suzhou downtown, just opposite the walking street. Hotel staffs were friendly, and helped with the check in & check out fast. The room we stayed had no view, just a window with a view of concrete wall.

Clean rooms, excellent customer service, wonderful amenities, loved the bidet toilet and plush slippers, and the location of the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Suzhou right across from Pinjiang Pedestrian Street and an incredible view of the Twin Pagodas from the hotel rooms. Will definitely be coming back in the future and staying at Mercure Suzhou City Center!

The staff Xu was extremely helpfuf; he called and arrange DiDi taxi to help send me to the Express train station when I had the trouble to do so.

Strategic location, breakfast was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance ping Jiang road and shuang ta market. The metro is about 500m away.

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

Great accommodation! The location, right by Pingjiang Road, Shuangta Market, and Guanxian Road, is great for food, shopping, and walking around. Also pretty close to major tourist attractions like the Humble Administrator’s Garden. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a fitness centre with ellipticals, treadmills, and dumbbells and FREE laundry machines (washers and dryers) that are pretty quick. The hotel is situated between two subway stations on Line 1, about an 8min walk from either one, which can feel long in the summer heat.
