Nice sea view, special breakfast experience, very friendly staff.

The hotel has a good location and is very convenient to go everywhere. I like this room type very much. I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, but there are no rooms available, which is a pity! I will stay here next time if I have a chance.

The room was nice except that it was small.

The hotel is located in the old town of Tambu European District. It is a century-old traditional building that has just been renovated. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and decorated with a strong traditional Turkish flavor. They are extremely comfortable and elegant. The hotel manager is a middle-aged man. Not only is he not greasy at all, but he is also very elegant and gentlemanly. He is also very funny. He introduces various things enthusiastically and talks appropriately. His English is also relatively pure, without much accent, and he is very easy-going and approachable. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive, but it is well worth it. The location is not too good, and major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Old Palace and Grand Bazaar are all within walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, but it may be a bit noisy before 12 midnight. It is only 200 to 300 meters away from the Adriatic Sea, and the sunset is not to be missed. I also have to praise the hotel's service. They responded to every request for extra quilts, bottled water, etc. Especially on the third day, we had to catch a flight and didn't have time for breakfast. The hotel restaurant helped prepare a meat and vegetable dish and a variety of cheeses for everyone. Burritos and a bottle of drink were neatly packed and brought to us. By the way, the restaurant on the top floor has a wonderful view. It is so pleasant to enjoy the bright morning sun, flying seagulls and the blue sea while having breakfast. The room area is a bit small and the price is not very encouraging.

We had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The moment we arrived when we were given drinks while we checked in, all the staff were fantastic so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great with comfy beds, tea and coffee facilities, mini bar and air con which is needed in the summer heat. The Turkish breakfast was excellent and the waiters were fabulous and made us feel like family. We ate dinner a couple of nights here too and was delicious with plenty of options for all. It was also the perfect location to walk to all major tourist attractions. It is without a doubt the friendliest boutique hotel I have ever stayed would highly recommend.

We spent a week at the Tria in Istanbul and thoroughly enjoyed this small and intimate hotel. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and provided us with an excellent guide. Having breakfast in the dining room overlooking the Bosphorous was one of the highlights of our stay. Not only was the view spectacular, but the food was also delicious and plentiful. Turkish hospitality at its best.

This hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast is lovely. Our hotel concierge, Tolga, was so helpful. He arranged rides and suggested great places to eat. The street is filled with "barkers" so be sure to check with him first as around the corner from this quiet street it is filled with tourists. Even though it may be far from the airport Tolga helped with any needs we had. It made it all so easy.

Az utolsó pillanatban találtam rá erre a hotelre és a legnagyobb meglepetéseket tartogatta. Tiszta, családias kis ékszerdobozba csöppentünk az óvárosban. A reggeli változatos és bőséges, amit a csodaszép kilátással rendelkező tetőteraszon szolgáltak fel. Mikor eljött a Szerelmem születésnapja aznap háromszor is felköszöntötték. A reggelinél gyertyával és süteménnyel, a szobába bekészítettek pezsgőt és gyümölcskosarat, a vacsoránál szintén volt zene és tűzijáték. A tetőterasz este is üzemelő éttermében a figyelmes pincér mindennap segített a tökéletes vacsora kiválasztásában. Mr. Shadar a távozásnál megajándékozott egy kis ajándékkal, hogy felejthetetlen legyen az élmény. Biztosan visszalátogatunk még. Köszönjük. "I wanted to give a special gift to my Love for his birthday, and I finally decided on a getaway to Istanbul. I searched a lot for accommodation, as many aspects were important. At the last minute, I found this hotel, and it held the biggest surprises. We ended up in a clean, cozy little gem in the old town. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, served on a rooftop terrace with a stunning view. On my Love's birthday, they were congratulated three times that day. At breakfast with a candle and a cake, in the room with champagne and a fruit basket, and at dinner with music and fireworks. The attentive waiter at the rooftop restaurant, which also operated in the evening, helped us choose the perfect dinner every day. Mr. Shadar gave us a small gift upon departure to make the experience unforgettable. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!"

I have stayed twice at this hotel and love it there. The people who work there- especially Serdar, Tolga, Birol and Hasan- are wonderful. The location is terrific and the vibe of the decor is dreamy. Breakfast is such a treat there- the spread and the views. Love this place!

We were two friends travelling to Istanbul for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay at the Tria Hotel. The staff are incredible, nothing was ever an issue, and their recommendations for local activities, restaurants and a hamam spa were all great. The room was very nicely decorated, spacious enough and super clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious with beautiful views. I would highly recommend staying at the Tria Hotel and hope to come back one day.

This hotel is small boutique hotel near The Blue Mosque and many of the major historic sites in Istanbul. It’s not super fancy but nice, high quality, clean and charming . Staff are very personable. Rooms are small yet decently priced for being in a major city. Restaurant is very well done—delicious food that feels special yet easy.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. Due to unforeseen personal issues, I was unable to travel to Istanbul as per my original reservation. I understand and accept that the cancellation fees are non-refundable, but I politely requested to move the reservation to another period (in October). However, this simple and reasonable request was denied, which I find unacceptable and shows that this hotel’s only concern is profit, not customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility and understanding, especially in exceptional situations. I will avoid this hotel in the future and do not recommend it to anyone who wishes to be treated with respect and consideration. There are many other operators who know how to prioritize the customer and provide quality service.
