Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and near the tourist attraction.

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

I kept scrolling to see the recommendation of a hotel suitable for families, but after the experience, I felt it was average. Let me first talk about the parts that need improvement: The hardware facilities are aging. The knobs of the bathtub are just for show, and the TV remote control has to be within three meters of the set-top box to work. The indoor trampoline ocean ball is also broken. The hygiene is not good. There are hair bands left by the previous owner by the bed... There is a layer of dust on the glass shelf. The good part: The service is really good, friendly and polite. The swimming pool has a pool for children, and the water temperature is suitable. In general, the price of a five-star hotel is less than a five-star experience, and the parent-child experience is also discounted by various charges.

The hotel service is very good, the staff are very enthusiastic, my housekeeper, Miss Yu Ting, has been working during the Spring Festival, and she has multiple jobs every day, providing services from the hotel to the battery car and the train. Her service left a good impression😊 The hotel environment is good, suitable for walking and leisure, the facilities are relatively complete, and the amusement facilities are a big highlight! I recommend the hotel's Tongli No. 1, which tastes good. If you don't go to the surrounding ancient towns, it is a good choice for dining. It's worth coming again!

I took my kids there for two days during the winter vacation. The hotel is nice and big, and the environment is also very good. It is very comfortable to walk by the lake. It was a great service. Facilities: Complete facilities, and adult and children's equipment are provided. Hygiene: Objectively speaking, the hotel is not very new, and the hardware is not very modern, but it is very clean. Compared with homestays, it is more suitable to bring children to mature hotels, which are more convenient and hygienic. The cleaning staff is also very diligent, and the equipment can be used at will. Environment: A large playground is enough for children under 8 years old to play enough. There is also an outdoor playground, a cruise ship, and a heated swimming pool to meet the needs of children. The buffet breakfast is great, with many varieties, and the children like it. Service: The butler service is great. The one who served us is called Kang Wenjie. He helped us solve any problems we had. He was very considerate. The room is clean and sanitary, and the children's slippers, benches, toiletries, etc. are very convenient and thoughtful. The children also took a bath in the big bathtub. The scenery is outside the window of the house, which is very comfortable. The environment of the resort is also great. There are many entertainment activities suitable for children. There are also many fun facilities in the hotel. It will definitely be better if you come in summer. Come and experience it again in summer next time. The hotel has buffets for breakfast and dinner. The room is very close to Tongli Lake. During the National Day holiday, you can avoid the crowds and walk on the trails, sit by the lake, swim, and have a sauna. There are small animals to feed. For takeout, you can call 6001 from the room phone to deliver to the room. The hotel service is very good. Before I arrived, the hotel arranged for the butler Kang Wenjie, booked a free shuttle bus to Tongli Ancient Town, added more toiletries for children, and provided a series of high-quality services.

It seems that Phase II is a little newer... This time I booked a superior twin room. The hotel called the day before and informed that two adults and one child would check in the next day, and notified that a housekeeper would add WeChat. Before checking in, the housekeeper did not take the initiative to ask about related matters and needs~ I arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock the next day. There were no vacancies and it was still cleaning. After half an hour, the cleaning was completed and I was given a room on the 5th floor near the elevator. The floor is good~ Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed after entering the room~ The facilities in the room are very old, and there are mold spots everywhere... How can this meet the hygiene standards of a parent-child hotel? The balcony of the superior room faces the residential building, and the view is not good. As for the catering, the breakfast and dinner buffets are quite satisfactory. There is still a shortage of staff during holidays, and they are always waiting for restocking, cleaning tables, etc. The hotel's entertainment facilities and children's activity area are divided into several rooms and areas, but the sanitary conditions are average ~ Pottery bar and billiards require additional charges ~ The swimming pool is not crowded, the water in the large pool is a bit cold, and the water in the children's pool is very warm ~ The sanitary facilities in the bathing area need to be improved! The scenery outside the hotel is good, facing the lake, there are many trees, and the breeze is very comfortable! The hotel's front desk seems to be inexperienced, but the lobby manager is very kind. The hardware is backward and insufficient, and it depends on the software...
