Wonderful staffs , beautiful breakfast buffet with friendly kitchen staffs. They tried very hard to serve you.  Remote location made it difficult for my family to book didi or taxi service back to Shanghai however hotel arranged a private car for us.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and near the tourist attraction.

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

I stayed at Tongli Lake Resort (Phase II) with my kids on the weekend. The overall experience was good! The lake view is beautiful, especially when you walk in the morning and the breeze blows, it's very cool. The parent-child facilities are complete, you can feed animals, dig sand, and slide, there are also indoors, and the cleanliness is OK. It's just that it's hot and there are not many guests to feed the animals. The staff can actually feed some first. It's a bit pitiful to see the animals coming over hungry. The housekeeper Yu Qing is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and she is very considerate to introduce us all the way. The restaurant is super warm, and the good night porridge specially sent is sweet and delicious. The transportation is convenient, but it is recommended to drive to Tongli Ancient Town. The time arrangement did not use the hotel's Chinese restaurant Tongli No. 1, which I heard is also good.

It's really good~ I really recommend it~ We upgraded to a lake view suite. The kids didn't want to go out in the hotel. They had a bath, a train, a children's playground, and an explorer park. He said one night was not enough, haha😂 because he hadn't ridden the free bikes enough~ The butler service was very good. They responded in seconds~ Any needs were solved immediately, even at 10 o'clock in the evening. They really treated customers sincerely~ Very satisfied. If there are good things, you must praise them, so that we can do better~ Our butler is Xiaoyu~

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but the room is still clean and tidy. The hotel's outdoor environment is comfortable and the scenery is pleasant. There is a children's playground indoors, where you can watch cartoons and a swimming pool. I also want to thank the housekeeper Yu Ting for her careful greetings and reminders every day. The hotel breakfast service is very good. I didn't expect that they would proactively provide glasses cleaning cloth. When checking out, they gave a small gift. The baby was very happy and cried when he left. He said he would stay in the hotel again in the future.

A colleague had stayed here before and it was recommended to me. I came here for vacation and was very satisfied. The environment was very good, the hotel was clean and tidy, there were many activities in the children's playground, the meals were rich and delicious, and the hotel's housekeeper Xiaoyu was thoughtful and considerate. Parent-child travel, mainly in hotels, housekeeper Xiaoyu contacted and communicated in advance, followed up the service, the service was in place, there were small gifts for check-in, and toys were given before leaving. The upgraded lake view room was very comfortable, but the double bed was a bit small, and it was a bit crowded to sleep with the child. The hotel had an event on May 1st, and missed the event on the 1st. The housekeeper can remind parents with children of such activities. Parent-child travel in a resort hotel is nothing more than being tired of going out to play, and wanting to complete all activities in the hotel~ The little train is too old and the children don’t get dizzy. The Hanfu experience seems to be all women’s clothing, there is nothing suitable for children, and there is no reservation for use. The shuttle bus service to the ancient town was not used. I stayed for 2 nights and drove to Wu Yue Rong Ji on the second night. There were many people. I lined up online in advance. It was my turn before I waited for a while. I ate too much at the hotel buffet at noon and couldn’t eat at night. I didn’t order any dishes to feel the atmosphere. I walked around for a while, and the ice jelly bought by the hotel was delicious.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The housekeeper Xiaoyu provided considerate service throughout the whole process, upgraded our room, and helped to deal with various problems. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Tongli Ancient Street. There are various facilities for children to play in the hotel garden. The children had a lot of fun! The children were reluctant to leave the hotel!

51 travel, choose Tongli Lake Resort. After reading the reviews, I was a little worried that the hotel facilities were too old, but the result was completely unexpected. The hotel is clean and tidy, and every staff member greets you with a smile. It is very pleasant to walk around the resort. Especially the housekeeper Xiaoyu, the service is enthusiastic. She started her service before we arrived, and helped us upgrade the lake view room, introduced the surrounding attractions and restaurants, which is really considerate. I will recommend it to other friends.

Thanks to Miss Yu Ting, the housekeeper. During my stay at Tongli Lake Resort, I was impressed by Yu Ting's service. She called us the day before check-in to confirm the itinerary and room requirements. She greeted us with a warm and enthusiastic smile and took the initiative to recommend the tour route. When checking in, she was surprised to get a room upgrade, which my family liked and was very satisfied with. During the stay, she informed the opening hours of various business premises and patiently answered all kinds of questions. Whether it was greetings in the morning or care at night, her sincerity and meticulousness were consistent. When checking out, she also prepared small gifts for the children, which was a surprise. The hotel is very large, with rich green plants and multi-person bicycles for rent. The children's facilities are also very complete, with amusement facilities indoors and outdoors, which can meet the needs of children of different ages. The children had a lot of fun and didn't want to go back to the room. The room is spacious and bright, and is also equipped with a small stool for children to wash. It was the first time to take two young babies out for a trip at the same time. I was still very nervous before checking in, but the hotel called in advance the day before check-in to inquire about the needs and informed that there would be a housekeeper to contact, which made me feel a lot more at ease. The request to install a fence was also noted and prepared in a timely manner. Arriving at the hotel in advance, the housekeeper Yu Ting was already waiting at the front desk and had reserved a room for us in advance. Ctrip customers helped upgrade the lake view room. It can be seen that the housekeeper had communicated with the front desk. After checking in, the housekeeper introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment in detail and sent us to the room. It was very considerate. After checking in, the two babies were very happy. I took Dabao to swim and play in the water, and took Erbao to several parent-child parks with the hotel (with slides, building blocks, and cassia seed sand digging). Last weekend, it happened to be windy and rainy. The two babies could have activities to consume in the hotel, which was really good. The outdoor train was also started in time when it was not raining halfway. I communicated with the housekeeper and exchanged the adventure park in the package for a train ticket so that adults and children could experience the train. In general, the hotel has been open for a long time, and the facilities and equipment are indeed not that new, but fortunately the service is still quite good (including butler communication before check-in, welcome fruits, various thoughtful reminders after check-in, turndown service at night, and small gifts upon check-out). It is quite suitable for parent-child and family travel without particularly high requirements. Next time, I will probably choose to bring my baby to experience it!
