The staff was kind and very helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade and tried they best to match or needs. Everything was clean. The floor manager also ensured that we get a cup of coffee before we left, thank you. There was just a foul smell around the swimming pool, it might be the still standing water on the lake. I hope it will get sorted soon for our return.

Always in this hotel, the western restaurant, the bar are closed. This time swimming pool also closed. Was last time for me to go there.

A nice hotel with rooms overlooking a small lake (it takes about an hour to walk around the lake on well-established floating walkways and running paths). The surrounding area is fairly built up, but the suburb seems to be quiet. Breakfasts are included and have a great variety. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (you feel as though they have been especially trained this way). There is a swimming pool (that can be used for relaxation or exercise - it is long enough) but this gets drained on the 31st of August, which is a pity as it looks unsightly when empty.

The hotel is located in Chunshen Lake Scenic Area. The hotel's restaurant rooms are generally facing the lake, so you can watch the sunset and the scenery is great. The service in the hotel restaurant is particularly good, and the food tastes very good and the price is not expensive. We had dinner at the hotel at night. The hotel's other services are also great. When I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a deluxe lake view room, which I am very grateful for. The hotel breakfast is average, but the price is cheap.

The red date and longan health tea is delicious, and the breakfast variety is rich. Next time you come to Suzhou, I will choose Chunshen Lake Hotel!

Two 1.2-meter standard rooms are put together into a 2.4-meter super-large bed, which is seamlessly connected. I didn’t feel that the beds were put together at all. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the service staff are a plus, making people feel at home. The breakfast is rich and varied. I will choose here next time!
